Purchased the cart and got it assembled. The assembly was easy, to the point I was able to do it myself - although the instructions advised having assistance after a certain point. The materials are high quality and the finished product in beautiful. Haven't put the grill head in yet - still rebuilding that. The only issue that I had was the protective material on the panels. It was a pain to remove - I literally spent more time removing it than I did assembling the cart! I suspect I missed some instruction that would have made that easier but I saw nothing on the instruction sheet. Overall very happy with the purchase so far.

Great product for the price. It was well packed for shipping and went together easily. I saw some complaints of the instructions not being detailed related to the different screws...I guess I'm not that picky and it was easy to figure out. Anything that goes together smoothly that only requires one screwdriver is impressive.

This cart was ordered with the Blaze 40" 5 burner grill. The package arrived with the grill on a well secured pallet. The assembly instructions are vague and not clear what all the bolts are for with the different sizes. Some of the brass nuts already attached to the unit were loose or stripped. I had to grind one off and use a stainless steel nut and bolt of my own. The other I had to use a vice grip to secure the nut while I tighten the bolt. With this quality of grill, I expected a little better cart quality. The other issue I have is the hole for the propane tank rest is too small for my propane tank bottom. Note-there are no places to hang grilling utensils off the shelves. Predrilled holes would been nice to attach hooks.

The main issue with this cart is that apparently it is used both for the natural gas and propane grills, so if you order a natural gas one, as I did, there is a sizeable hole (10-12") in the bottom that will readily allow critters entry. Plus it doesn't look great, with this big hole in the bottom. Of course you only see it with the doors open, but I think there should be a picture of the inside showing how it will look, or maybe include a stainless plate of some sort to block off the hole. Otherwise, it seems very well made, and quite sturdy. One minor problem was that the included instructions were clearly meant for another model, as there were 3 seperate length screws (bolts actually) included for my job, whereas the first line of the instructions says the screws are all identical. I just went on-line and so it was no problem.

Flimsier than I expected. The Lynx that I previously had seems much more heavy duty (it also weighed a lot more than this base and grill). Doesn't seem as sound as the Lynx.

This is a solid cart. The bottom seems a little thin to be supporting a full tank, so I added a piece of plywood to distribute the weight. The first one was damaged in transit, BBQGuys sent a replacement which arrived in less than a week. Very satisfied with both the cart and the service provided by BBQGuys.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
