I am older and can't get down to clean and use smoker. This is perfect and has better wheels than my Tex . Love the shelves for storage of things needed when using smoker. Looking forward to spice samples offered

I bought this cart along with the Smokin Tex 1400 smoker oven because I didn't want to "stand on my head" to use the oven. It comes ready to assemble with lots of very small screws, washers and nuts. The supplied wheels are large and very nice. Unfortunately, the assembly instructions are very poor but I am a competent DIYer so I was able to muddle through. I suggest assembling it on a table or work bench. I started assembling on the floor and found that at 74, it was somewhat difficult. I finished it the next day on a folding table. much easier. It is a quality stainless steel product. Even though it was packaged well there was some slight damage that I was able to correct without much trouble. I would have given this product 5 stars had it not been for the damaged parts and the poor assembly instructions.

I bought the 1100 smoker because i don't need a giant smoker. However, since they are smaller i wanted to get the cart due to the unit begin so low to the ground. I am not sure where to start. I actually like the cart, but it came with issues. When the box arrived, it appeared it had either had a rough ride, been dropped, or opened and re-taped. The packing was loose inside and when I removed the parts the box fell apart. There we some significant scratches on a couple of pieces. The piece with the shelf, (which is one of the reasons i purchased the item), the hinges broken so the shelf is unusable and one of the little clips on the underside of the shelf had popped off as well. I proceeded with the assembly but found the directions awkward and lacking need information. The sequence is really off a little because if you follow them, it makes it tough to get the screws tightened after. Lastly, the smaller smoker's legs do not align with where the holes are predrilled to bolt it to the cart. I thought I had maybe mis assembled the sides but after measuring the distance from the centerline of the holes to the center line of the legs in the long dimension is off by about an inch to inch and half. I think I can drill some new holed and still bolt the unit to the cart. Not sure if I should send the whole thing back or ask for a new side piece with the shelf be resent. I give the smoker 4.5 stars BTW.

Hi Pete. According to the manufacturer you can mount a Smokin Tex smoker on this cart with the shelf on the left side, but it may change the balance of the cart since the smoker does not mount evenly from front to back.

Asked by keith | Answered by keithHi Mike! The top is actually 18-inches by 18-inches. The unit is 36-inches wide with the shelf extended. The side shelf is 18-inches wide by 15-inches deep.
Asked by Mike | Answered by MikeThis cart is made specifically for the Smokin Tex 1100 and 1400 models. It looks like the Chubby 3400 is a bit bigger than both of those smokers, so this cart would likely not work for it.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
