I had to replace my last 4 yr old 1400 due to 2 temp controller failures and 3 element failures. Not the Weber quality I have been a fan of since the original kettles came out. Only hope this one does better, probably not too smart to buy another.

This electric grill is simple and well made to last years. It cooks food as good if not better than any propane grill i have owned which are many. I had a part fail prematurely recently where the warranty and customer service was outstanding.

Love my new grill! Instructions for better grilling are great and I learned some things I didn't know. First time I used it, my salmon and gold potato's came perfect! Yummy. I wiped the grill when warm as suggested and it still looks brand new.

I RETURNED THE GRILL BECAUSE I HOPPED TO USE IT ON MY APARTMENT DECK DURING THE WINTER AND IT DID NOT RETAIN ENOUGH HEAT TO BE USEFUL.

Bought Electric Grill a few weeks ago and used it a few times and seems to work well. The food was tasty. Perfect size for us as we have limited space.

Put a nice strip on the hamburgers I just cooked. Been using a Weber gas grill for over 20 years but just moved into a condo that does not allow gas grills. This is the perfect grill for condo and apartment living. I looked at other grills and was close to buying something else, but remembered how much I've liked Weber. Advice: stick with Weber.

Fantastic little BBQ. We plug it into our on board truck generator and use it for tailgating. Does all kinds of meats plus reheating beans and dips with ease. Super easy to clean and we highly recommend.

Love my new Q1400 Electric Grill. This is my first Weber, and I was so excited to get it. I am not physically able to pick up heavy gas tanks, and I already have a small charcoal grill which is fine for the two of us. I wanted something I could use to grill when it is 110° outside and I don't feel like messing around with charcoal. The Q1400 fits that bill nicely. It gets really hot and delivers a good sear on food. I purchased a griddle plate as well, and ai can saute veggies while I cook the protein on the grill side. I love it!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
