This grill is 100% better than the previous electric grill we had. The food cooks very evenly and fast too!

This is the best grill if you are downsizing or just to have as an alternate for the garage when it rains. It is simply the best and my go to grill when I have bratwurst, brats are messy and this grill is easy to disassemble and clean. I have invested in the griddle to use for buns and bacon. I would highly suggest getting the stand with wheels, this makes it easy to store and move around and yes, I have taken this up and down a flight of stairs pretty easily. It is a Webber so the quality of the grill is there even being an electric one, The lid is heavy, the grates are solid and it cooks my food evenly. Overall, I am very happy with this grill and would purchase it again.

Have grilled turkey burgers, chicken, steak, burgers, eggplant and sweet potatoes. Food came out great, except the turkey burgers. However, cleaning the grill is horrible and takes a long time. It has five parts to remove, bring indoors and vigorously scrub--2 grill plates, grill basin, grease bin and tray. Product instructions advise that you cannot put the grill plates in the dishwasher. The lining to the grill cover is not removable and also difficult to clean. I never add cheese to grilling food anymore as removing the cooked on drippings from the grill liner is like scrubbing tar. My husband will not use the grill--he thinks the cleanup is not worth the trouble and his point is well taken. I would use the grill more if it was easier to clean but do not enjoy the extensive work after a meal. (Soaking and using various scrubbers and tools make no difference--the surfaces are problematic.)

I love my Electric Weber Q grill. I live in an apartment complex so I'm allowed to have it. I used it everyday even in the winter. I've own it for 9 yrs and it's still going strong. It cooks great and even my friends are amazed how well it cooks.

Purchased the Weber Q1400 about a month ago - grill heats up nicely - great grill marks on steaks / burgers / etc. However, VERY disappointed in the porcelain-coated cast iron grate. After only two weeks usage, the porcelain coating is chipping off the cast iron. I've used NOTHING but a nylon brush to clean the grates. I haven't scraped them with anything other than the nylon brush. I'm now afraid to use the grill because of fear of ingesting the porcelain chips. I can understand maybe after a couple of years usage the porcelain coming off - but after only TWO WEEKS!! This may very well be my last Weber and I've owned two other Weber models over the years. Guess I'll now be looking for replacement grates for my Q1400. Expected better than that from Weber.

Disappointed. The red indicator light on the plug does not work at all. When you lift the lid to flip food, grease leaks to the floor which I did not expect. Terrible.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
