My first Weber Q 1400 lasted over 10 years. When the electronic control quit working I replaced it with another Q 1400. Best choice ever. Food taste fantastic and no charcoal or LP bottles to mess with.

We absolutely LOVE our new Weber Electric Table Top Grill! We purchased the Q 1400 & it's perfect! All of the food tastes wonderful! We purchased an outdoor cart & a custom cover for the grill & the cart! It's soooo easy to clean, too! Weber is the BEST & well worth the price! We highly recommend this grill! We are seniors, & it was soooo easy to assemble. All we had to do was add on the grill handles! We read the reviews prior to our purchasing, & they were great. It's sooo nice not to have to bother with charcoal or propane! Thank you, Weber!

Our heat controller was defective right out of the box and we realized that when we received the replacement that the controller never worked right. I called customer service and Marissa G heard my issues and situation, and worked with me to expedite my replacement grill. She jumped through every hoop to get my grill up and running as we were win the middle of a vacation with no girl. With the new controller the grill is amazing and cooks well and there is no shortage of heat.

I've had several of these over the years. I love this grill. It's perfect for 1 or 2 people. I like electric rather than using propane.

Grill is perfect for what we need. Gets really hot but there is enough temperature control to ramp it down if you need to. The size of the cooking surface is excellent, can easily grill for the family. A great alternative to propane. Only downside was that the heating element broke early on. However, Weber Customer Service was/is excellent and promptly sent a replacement.

The Weber Q1400 electric grill heats up quickly and cooks evenly. We have grilled chicken and fish so far and everything has been great. It is easy to take out the grill plates and the removable metal liner and they clean up very quickly with Easy Off spray. We like the grill so much we just bought one for our son who has a small patio and cannot use a gas grill. He just received it yesterday - we showed him ours and asked him if he wanted one for his birthday and he was excited to be able to grill in his new apartment. The Q1400 is quite small but it is just right for us as we are empty nesters.

I have used Weber Propane grills, literally, for decades. But, now, being older and living in a condo, I don't want to deal with lugging propane tanks around and grilling in the pouring rain. So, I got the Weber electric grill and have it on our lanai. The performance is similar to the propane grill. I cannot tell them difference. It get extremely hot, perfect for steaks, burgers, pork chops, salmon. I've done then all, so far. And, it is easy to clean. Very. Honestly, I am shocked, pleasantly, by how good this grill is.

Seems sturdy and pretty easy to use. Just taking some getting used to because we owned a Farberware Electric Grill before. Everything we have made so far has been good. So glad for the Grilling Guide included with the instruction book!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
