I bought this 4 years ago 7/5/21. It's used infrequently during 4 months out of the year. The regulator and hose shocked me with a loud hissing noise when I opened the propane tank last Friday. It was a new tank of gas used 3 or 4 times. I called Monday to receive a connection replacement. I was told to make the soapy water to test the unit, he was connecting to my iPhone to view the results. Well there were no results the propane tank was empty...Well he said turn the on grill, my reply was no way will I try to start it with a damaged connection. Plus the tank is registering empty. His reply...Go buy a new tank and call back. You have to prove the connection has failed. Webber always stood behind their products but from what I see posted it's not the case any more. I was basically call a lier, implying I trying to obtain such a valuable, useful outstanding piece of equipment...FREE! Thank You Webber for Your OUTSTANDING support and miserable workers...

The regulator hose was missing an o-ring to seal the gas connection to the tank. Otherwise, the service was prompt.

Needed to trouble shoot a repair for an older Weber grill. 1st regulator didn't solve the issue. Customer service was pretty sure that was the issue and sent out overnight a replacement part for the new regulator. That was the issue. Problem solved. Back to grilling again!

Fit perfectly. Old hose was broken when wind storm knocked over my grill. New hose went right in without an issue.

I purchased a new regulator less than two months ago and it has failed again. The one I replaced that time was less than two years old. I am not very satisfied with product!

The part I ordered was incorrect, I have asked for return aurthorization and have yet to receive one, very frustrating that you cannot talk to a live person.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
