The Camp Chef XXL WiFi Pellet Smoker combines the convenience of a pellet grill with the versatility of a Smoke Vault. With the WiFi Controller and Camp Chef Connect app you can now monitor and set your smoke setting from your phone. Enjoy a wide array of cooking options with a temperature range of 150 to 350 degrees and a maximum output of 33,000 BTUs. The XXL offers plenty of cooking space and includes 4 meat racks, 3 jerky racks, and a sausage rack with 12 hooks. This smoker holds up to 8 racks at once, remove or rearrange to fit different meats, or even buy additional racks for bigger batches of smokey goodness. You wont ever have to worry about babysitting your cooks again thanks to the digital temperature control system with display and Smart Smoke Technology, designed to maintain steady cooking temperatures and smoke generation using a continuous fan. Keep an eye on internal temperatures of meat with the two included meat probes. Even cleanup is easier with the built-in ash clean out and grease management systems. The XXL also features a larger hopper lid, a pellet hopper window, a built-in bottle opener and swivel castor wheels for portability.
