Less than 9 months of owning it the led is out. Also the Bluetooth never worked right out the box.

Right out of the box broken. Called customer service and they treated me as if im stupid and don't know how to start a grill. Video call to analyze the problem, to sell me a new ash catcher. I said thats not the problem it has set on fire( fire hazard). Her and another agent said" I stand by my diagnosis " Garbage product. Terrible customer service, I will never buy pittboss again and make sure to tell everyone I can the same.

Didn't work. Going to talk to customer service to see if they can fix it. Auger never worked out of the box.

Pit boss grill caught on fire. was unplugged for 2 days. called customer service and the supervisor Cory (who wouldnt give me his last name) made me take apart the grill while it was still smoking to recieve a refund. the fire distroyed my bucket and they will not replace that. i have to pay some one to come remove this grill from my house. i bought this grill cause i am having a big fourth of july party. i spent over 500$ worth of meat to smoke for my party. Pit boss grills would not guarantee a new smoker before the forth. Mr. Cory only wanted to know how i shut down the smoker. if i didnt go out side when i did this could have cause so much more damage including burning down my house and all pit boss grills could do is give me a refund. not even come pick the smoker up, replace my bucket or at least ship me a new smoker that i would recieve before the my party. all i got from them was them forcing me to take apart a grill that was still smoking just to recieve my refund.

Love your product, but very sad to see in your new navigator series, that there is no P-setting, nor is there a smoke setting available for me to control my smoke intensity! Please provide a software update to flash the PID, to make all of us navigator vertical owners happy to rave that it is the best vertical smoker in the market.

This smoker is so awesome it is incredible I've smoke ribs pork butt and brisket on it and they all have turned out I think better than on my Traeger!!!!

Hi Missi. Because there are components on the bottom of the Pit Boss Navigator, we do not recommend removing the legs. However, the casters do not need to be installed.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
