Broil King offers a limited lifetime warranty on the cookbox (which includes lid, control panel & housing). The stainless steel Dual-Tube burners is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for ten (10) years. The stainless steel Flav-R-Wave cooking system, stainless steel grates are warranted for five (5) years. All remaining parts and paint are warranted for two (2) years.

 | I love my Broil King!My Broil King is just over 2 years old. When I got it, the main hood had a dent. They shipped me a new hood right away. I grill a couple times a week on average and have family events. I am really impressed with how well this has held up. Grills typically don't make it longer than 4 years in my possession (Interior rust is the killer). After 2 years I cant believe the lack of deterioration. Most even cooking I've had to date and having the separate fire boxes has been really useful. My only complaint is the tiny drip trays. | Great Features, but . . .I bought this grill three months ago and it has performed great. I use the 4-burner side with stainless grill, the 2-burner side with porcelain coated cast grill, the rotisserie, and the side burner. Steaks, salmon, burgers, chops, sausage, vegies, chicken (whole and breasts) all come out great. The burner controls and lighting all work without a hitch. The included cook book has great ideas. Propane tank drawer makes access and changing a breeze. There are lots of storage in the cabinet and lots of hooks. Only problem has been rust on the stainless table tops - monthly cleaning and reapply protectant is in order. | Missing parts but hope to love it otherwise.To Broil King customer service Last week I bought a broil King regal 690 model number 9571-44 from Lowes. Upon cleaning it and putting the tank in to use for dinner I have found the following items missing: Key# - Item # - Description 49 - 27055-901 - grease tray 51 - 22209-901 - flav-r-wave 20 - 22005-281-grid warm rack Lowes response was that they have no more in stock and I would have to contact broil King directly.....absolutely ridiculous!! Numbers and descriptions above are from the "Broil King reddi-bilt barbecues assembly manual and parts list" for the broil King regal 690. My serial number is F- 526039 If u could send me these parts to be delivered to me in Carver, Mass. 02330 and any information I would need to retrieve the missing items. I expect I would love the grill and the rotisserie which is why we bought it. As far as this review I give it two thumbs up if these parts are sent to me. | Dual Cooking Surfaces & Additional features are GrI have to express great satisfaction with my new BBQ. The dual cook top feature allows me to cook a variety of meat, all at the same time. | An excellent grill!!I bought this grill almost exactly a year ago from Lowes. Could have done it myself but paid a few bucks to have Lowes assemble it and deliver it. It's huge!! Bought the natural gas unit and had it hooked up to my house line. No more trips to get tanks refilled!!! Spent a long time in Lowes comparing to the "expensive competitor" , which I previously owned, and must say it is very well constructed and better in a number of ways than the other. It has stainless steel grids on the left side and cast iron on the right side so you can do anything you want as well as a great rotisserie feature that really works well. One small issue came up this weekend when I went to cook a chicken and discovered that the rotisserie motor had died. Live near Long Island Sound so salt air etc may have killed it. I contacted customer service and they promptly got back to me and are mailing me a replacement. Excellent customer service!! Note: bought the custom Broilking grill cover for it and it is the heaviest, best fitting cover I have ever seen. Well worth the $$. | Best grill I've ever owned!I have had my Broil King Regal XL for just about a month. Love the Natural Gas versus propane. This grill gets really hot. The sear side of the grill helps make killer, flavorful meats, whether it is Steak, Chicken, Pork Chops or Burgers. It has everything one who barbecues a lot would want to have and more! Can't wait to try the rotisserie part tomorrow! Well constructed and thought out! Has a ton of storage space. | Loads of Grilling Space.I have had my eye on this beauty for a couple of years now. My old grill finally packed it in, so I went ahead and purchased a Broil King. This barbecue is amazing. Even heat throughout and lots of room for extras, when we are entertaining. Not to mention it is a great conversation piece. Being able to sear on one side and cook at low heat on the other is great. We are able to cook an entire meal on this grill by utilizing the two grilling surfaces and side burner. I can say I am 100% satisfied with my purchase from start to finish. Things We Love:
Broil King's Regal and Imperial Series Gas Grills are top of the line for Broil King, especially the Imperial. They are a great value and are loaded with many great features. Some of my favorites include: control knob lights that are great for night time entertaining, storage shelves inside the cart, tool hooks with side shelf bins, and pull out tank drawers for the propane models. The Imperial Series also feature a pull out drawer in the side shelves, as well as interior oven lights.
I really like the Stainless Steel Dual Tube Burners. This Dual Tube design creates an efficient double row of flame, powered by a high BTU, which results in solid, high heat output. The Regal Series comes in 4, 5, and 6 burner configurations, and the Imperial Series comes in 5 and 6 burner configurations.
The Regal and Imperial Series also feature the Broil King Stainless Steel Flav-R-Wave flame tamers which are great. Above the Flav-R-Wave's, I love the heavy gauge, 9mm Stainless Steel thick and durable cooking grids found on the Regal Series. The Imperial Series cooking grids are even better and tougher, made of reversible Cast Stainless Steel. These reversible grids create steakhouse sear marks on one side, and the other side is grooved to capture juices for continuous basting.
I love that these grills come with a side burner and rotisserie. The side burner is perfect for creating mouth-watering side dishes, soups, or sauces while you grill. The powerful 15,000 BTU Stainless Steel Rotisserie Burner comes complete with a premium spit rod and motor, which delivers consistent even heat for excellent cooking results. The side burner isn't available on the Regal S420, and the rear burner isn't available on the Regal S420 & S440.
From a durability perspective I like the Stainless Steel Cook box with cast aluminum end caps, backed by a limited lifetime warranty. The Regal XLS and the Imperial XLS feature two independent stainless steel cook boxes that offer the ability to sear in one oven, while cooking at different temperatures in the other oven.
Things To Consider:
While the limited lifetime warranty on the cook box is great, the warranty on the remaining grill components is lower than several other competitors. Also note there is no ceramic infrared sear burner available.
