Seems really solid, cooks great. Flare ups are a non-issue. I've had really expensive Coyote gas grills that were horrible for anything other than the rotisserie. I've used my Rogue 4 times now (steaks twice and chicken twice) and each time has been perfect.

Excellent product that works like new 5 years after I purchased it - regulator was replaced in the beginning of year 5. The grill grates appear to be in almost new condition - except where I haven't cleaned really well. The 15 years parts guarantee is worth the price of the unit all by itself. Don't try to contact customer service by phone - I waited 2-hours on hold one day without an answer. Use email. And parts take a while to arrive because they are coming from Canada.

This is a very nice grill, great quality and the side sear station is excellent. I wish it had a panel enclosing the back of the grill. This one is wide open on the back with nothing to conceal the things you may store in the cabinet below the grill. At this price point I was expecting more. It was assembled by my local dealer so I hope they didn't miss something.

There is only one lower back panel on the grill, to protect the propane tank cylinder. Most grills have an open back or rear area to allow proper ventilation, the open back acts as an exhaust point for smoke and heat to escape. Thanks

I have moved away from gas grills because they gotten hot enough for properly searing a steak. This grill cooks a steak perfectly. only used a few time so far and function is great. Customer service is A+ as well. There was a problem with the lid when I received the grill. Submitted a warranty claim for it, a few quick question and pictures and a new lid arrived in less than a week.

HI JP. As long as the porcelain coating of the grates remains unadulterated, the Rogue cast iron grates should last. Also, keeping them seasoned and oiled between cooks will help stave off rust.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
