The iGrill2 Smart Grilling Thermometer is the ultimate grilling tool that makes it easy to achieve grilling perfection. Powered by a free iOS and Android app and a wireless Bluetooth Smart connection, knowing exactly when to take your meat off the grill has never been easier. This grilling thermometer includes two, water-resistant, color-coded food probes that can withstand temperatures up to 716 degrees Fahrenheit. Expand both your iGrill2 and your convenience with up to four total food probes. An illuminated display allows you to check the temperature on the iGrill2 whether you are grilling during day or night, and the convenient magnetic mounting lets you place the iGrill2 just about anywhere. You can use the adhesive disc for mounting on non-magnetic surfaces. The iGrill2 has a proximity wake-up, which can intelligently sense when you are too far away from the unit to view the display and goes into a power save mode until you come back into range. With the 150 foot range of the Bluetooth connection, you can keep a close eye on your food while you are inside visiting with guests, watching the game or preparing a side dish. The free Weber iGrill app, available in the App Store or Google Play store, is your central dashboard that monitors the temperature and receives alerts when your food is ready to enjoy.  | Very pleased - no issuesI've had mine maybe two years now and use it almost exclusively with my smoker. Have used it once or twice with the indoor over to monitor meat temperature, but mostly the smoker (for meat temp). The BlueTooth works fine and I get about 50'+ of range. Nice because I can set the smoker at bedtime and if the meat temp gets to where I need it I will get the alert in my bedroom. Bought two more probes as well. Take care when re-wrapping the probe for storage; I can see how one might wrap it too tight whereby it tugs on the probe end and could pull the wire loose. | IGrill 2 is incredible!The features of the iGrill 2 are incredible! Purchased and extra food probe and the grate probe. Didn't realize how inaccurate the lid thermometer was but makes sense why it takes so long to cook something like a pork butt on my new 26" kettle. With this, I can slow n sear 3 ribs with 3 probes and monitor the grill temp at the grate from inside my home with the app on my iPhone, and set ranges and alerts to let me know when the grill temp gets out of the desired range; too hot or too cold. Started grilling with a Weber charcoal grill since 1993 and just wish I had one of these all those years instead of a basic meat thermometer having to open the lid releasing heat and puncturing holes releasing juices every time. Used this multiple times now and this is one of the best accessories I've ever bought for charcoal grilling! Heck, I even used it once in my attic to see how cold it actually gets when temperatures are freezing outside; left it in for 2 days with the batteries it comes with and I'm still yet to replace temp. | Was This Helpful? |

| Amazing longevitySmiling Bob has nothing on this probe. Had it for several years. Probably one of the first releases. Bought the extra probes to have all four. Criticize me if you want but I'm not easy on tools. They're meant to be abused, left dirty, dropped, etc. I treated this thermometer the same way. It was exposed to rain, heat, and always left outside in one of my trays under the grill (which I rarely put the cover on until the dead of winter). After probably close to 4 year of regular use and abuse, it died. I'm not looking at any other thermometer except another Weber product. Reliable, resilient, and you shall be missed.
