Weber Connect 3201 Wi-Fi Enabled Smart Grilling Hub

An amazing product to have, used it for years now and it never fails me. Only thing that would make it any better is 2 different features. First being weatherproofing(ip6 or ip7) it gets even a little bit of water on it it mucks it up and you'll have to put it in a bag of rice for a week or more to dry it out. Second is if it came in a wireless probe option.

I wish it came with thermometers. It needs a strong magnet as it knocked off my grill very easily.

First time using last night and it was great. So easy to set up and use. It was great to be able to monitor my cook from my phone. Thanks Weber you did it again.

Super impressed with how easy this is to set up, use, and help cook everything perfectly. Bluetooth and app allow you to continue to cook in the kitchen all well watching the meat on the barbecue. Highly recommend.

Works as advertised. Combined with Weber's app, enabled me to relax more during the long cook time when smoking meat. Being able to monitor the grill temperature of my charcoal grill enabled me to make minor adjustments to airflow to keep a constant temperature. Also nice to not have to frequently open the lid to check the meat internal temperature. Battery still had about 70% remaining after four hours, so should be good for 12 hours. Could plug in the charger if you need more time.

I like it. It syncs to my weber app so if I am using my smoker I can have both going at the same time. I just wish the probes on the smoker fit this device and vice verse. I would recommend it.

Give this a try. If you cook by feel, like most everyone does, this will enhance your ability.

Initially, the device worked well for a couple of months. However, it has since failed to charge despite my efforts to recharge it. As the item was a gift, I do not have a receipt, so I decided to purchase a replacement, believing in Weber's reputation as a leader in the grilling industry. Regrettably, I encountered similar issues with the second unit. I only use these devices occasionally, primarily when smoking, and I expect them to be reliable. I reached out to customer service for troubleshooting, but found the assistance lacking. The representative repeatedly referred to my device as a Weber Grill instead of an accessory, which was frustrating. It took considerable time to clarify that I did not possess a grill connected to the device. After more than half an hour of conversation, the call abruptly disconnected. My research indicates that there are several users experiencing similar issues, and it appears there may be no viable solutions. I am now left feeling uncertain about my options. I had expected more from Weber and am now exploring alternatives. I've found several cost-effective products that seem to better meet my needs. It's unfortunate, as I truly wanted to support the Weber brand. However, after this experience, I am hesitant to make another purchase.
