| Great Griddle for a Genesis.Great Griddle. It's nice and heavy, thick and well built. Fits my Genesis fine, with about a 1/2" gap on either side. The only con is cleaning the griddle. The right hand corner has a spot to push drippings, but it will just drip down the back of the grill. Not that well thought out. Staff Response:We sincerely appreciate your feedback. | Creativity saves buying a whole separate applianceThis is a brilliant idea. Easy conversion from grill to griddle - I recommend getting the storage bag with it so the grills can go in there when you're not using them. It's heavy - be prepared for that. Seasoned easily and cooks well - have already done hibachi, and smashburgers on the griddle are better than grilled burgers ever were. | Saved me space and some moneyI owned a Weber Genesis 330 for several years and was very happy with it. My wife and I decided we wanted to try a griddle. Initially we thought we'd need to get a stand-alone griddle in addition to your grill. That made for a crowded cooking area on the deck. I found this griddle replacement almost by accident.
