I purchased this griddle insert for my Weber Spirit II grill over a year ago. I was a little intimidated by the seasoning process, so it sat in my shed for over a year! A couple weeks ago, I finally worked up the courage to take it out of the box. I watched several videos on how to properly season the griddle and I used the Weber seasoning. It was super easy and I was mad at myself for waiting so long! I am now obsessed with this griddle! I've cooked so many things on it and they all have come out great! Nothing sticks and i make sure to properly clean and oil it after using! It's a 10/10!

If you're looking for an alternative for getting another grill to cook on a flat cast iron surface, this is it. The insert fits perfectly, and is built to provide years of quality results. At the time of writing this review, I've had mine for about a month now, and I love using it. Between smash burgers, cheese steak sandwiches, stir fry's, and everything else, it's brought a new purpose to my good old gas grill. Definitely worth the investment in my opinion.

Love it! Fit was perfect and the information needed to transition to a griddle cooktop very helpful. Next up the 1/2 griddle insert if Weber makes one.

Good Product, extremely poor instructions in the Owner's Manual. The conflicting manual is a joke...and Customer Service was no help...they only proved that they could read the manual. The Seasoning and maintenance instructions are ridiculous...not only for me, but, many others.

The Weber griddle insert drops right into the grate system and heats up incredibly evenly. I've moved beyond just burgers to Saturday breakfast with bacon and pancakes. It's heavy-duty, easy to scrape clean, and essentially turns my grill into a full outdoor kitchen. It's heavy but I purhased the storage bag as well which makes it easier to store and transport.

Hi Jim. This Weber Griddle Insert can only be used on Genesis models produced in 2016 and newer.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
