With an additional removable stainless steel oven shelf and bottom ceramic stone, this oven is large enough to cook two 18-inch pizzas at once or a 20 pound turkey. Unlike most other pizza ovens which have high labor costs and take days to assemble, the GX-B1 offers easy set-up as it comes 95 percent assembled. This outdoor cooker has two chambers, one for food and one for fire, making it easy to add firewood while cooking without disrupting your food. Pizza trays, roasting pans and other dishes are placed directly on the stainless steel shelf or ceramic stone in the top chamber, where smoke from the bottom fire chamber passes through two vents on either side and then escapes from the stainless steel chimney. Firewood can easily be added to the bottom chamber to increase cooking temperature while the damper on the front of the fire chamber easily adjusts to lower the cooking temperature. This pizza oven has a 6mm steel construction with a 1mm 304 stainless steel wrap and silicone, heat resistant paint for maximum durability. The inside of the oven features silicone insulation and 3/4-inch firebrick that offers fast heating times that allow you to reach your desired cooking time quickly. A thin-crust pizza only takes about 4 minutes to cook. The bottom of the oven cart features four caster wheels for mobility and a storage rack for your wood supply while the sides of the oven feature two stainless steel side shelves for extra workspace while cooking. This oven delivers amazing results for roasting, baking, broiling and imparting just the right amount of smoky flavor.
