| Great Idea, learned from others issuesI bought this last week and finally got to use it. It is high quality in material and a good idea. I used a wooden skewer to help hold the jalapeños and bacon in place on the tray. And spaced them out to ensure a good smoke got all around them. It was an unnecessary precaution. I made a second set with no space and they tasted the same with equal consistency. A little bit more space would be nice but not a deal breaker. I did use a Traeger grill with the smoke function for one hour then on high for last 15 minutes. | Was This Helpful? |
