Bought for ribs but so far used on two boneless rib roasts. They where cooked to perfection.

I got this rack to cook me up some ribs on my grill, and very happy with it. I have a smaller grill so using the rack really helped utilizing space. It was easy to clean as well which is nice.

I got the Char-broil deep dish pan and the roast rack at the same time because I knew I would use them together a lot! We eat a lot meat in our house, especially roasts because they go such a long way for a family dinner. The roast rack works great for chickens or a turkey on the grill/smoker. It allows you to fill the dish with potaotoes and other veggies under the rack-keeping the meat in the smoke and allowing the pan drippings to soak into the veggies. My husband makes an amazing prime rib roast on his smoker. I can't wait to use the rack and roasting dish, add in some potatoes and a make a delicious all-inclusive dinner!

So glad I got this to go with the grilling pan. I've used it for both a roast and ribs, so in the oven and on the grill, and I really like that you can do both with it. Cleaning was super easy out of the oven, just used the dishwasher! It was more difficult out of the grill, definitely had to scrub it by hand that time, but still not too bad. I wish it were a little less wide than it is. I thought I would be able to cut the ribs in half the first time, but they fell in a little as they cooked. But they cooked perfectly and my cook time was a good deal shorter than cooking them straight on the grill. I used the rib rack in the grill pan and will definitely keep doing that. It's really great to not have to clean all that off the grill and just to have a pan to clean it out of instead. Changes the game with grilling ribs so it won't be such an ordeal each time. Love using this for ribs, I think this will be a staple for us this summer. Pros: easy to clean, using in a pan makes cleaning the grill easier, cuts rib grilling time down. Cons: the instructions that came with it were pretty useless. I would have loved to have a basic recipe or something included with it. I had to Google how long to cook and then just had to guess and temp check because I couldn't find a sure answer.

I received the grill & rib & roast rack from Tryitsampling free for writing a review. I purchased a rack of ribs, seasoned with rub placed on the rack and placed it in my grill pan and cooked on low heat. The ribs were delicious, fall apart, melt in your mouth. The clean up on the rack wasn't hard per say but I did have to soak it in hot soapy water for about 30 minutes to get it clean. Which was ok because the ribs were delicious!!! I would recommend this rack for anyone who likes to cook on the grill.

I love grilling. I use the grill a lot over the summer and have even been outside grilling while its snowing. It's been great using this rack for roasts. I'm going to get a lot of use of this.

This rib rack is so nice to have! We have many get togethers and love using our grill. This makes it so easy to cook enough ribs for everyone! I am very satisfied with this product!

I used this for a family outing and the meat turned out perfect . very juicey and fell right apart. easy to clean and easy to store.

This Char-Broil Grill+ Rib & Roast Rack is amazing! The quality of the metal is great it is real stainless steel! The rack elevates your meat and the flavors seriously penetrate deeper! I feel like this helps achieve a nice crust also! So versitile I used it in my oven and on my grill for ribs, roasts, and whole chickens!! Grilling and Roasting will never be the same thanks to this rack! I really recommend this product to anyone from a beginner to an advanced chef!!
