| Traeger Jerky Rub.This is my family's favorite. Great for wings. We loved it so much I am right now just finishing up a whole brisket for Christmas dinner. It is resting now so I cannot tell you about the final product yet. But I know the rub is good we just have to see how the cook did. Sometimes the rub comes a little humid or just kind of stuck together. I used a small food processor and it broke it up perfectly to be able to sprinkle from the container as designed.
