I ordered this in hopes of using it for my plate sale sad to say it didn't arrive like expected till 4 days later my other sauces I ordered arrived on time to be able to use for my plate sales but this item still have yet to use it

Love this product when making jerky but there are no directions on the label anymore so I don't know how much of each ingredient to use.

I live in a very hot region, and it arrived dry and in one large, hard clump. I tried to break it up with a fork, but it clearly had a packing, storage, or shipment issue. The flavor is good, but was completely unusable out of the box due to having bonded together

I bought this at local hardware store a few weeks ago, was a little hardened up but we did not mind at all, followed the recipe on the tin, WILL DEFIANTLY do it again, it turned out amazing!!

I bought this yesterday. Went to use it today but the seasoning was a solid brick. Unfortunately this is not the first time I have had this problem with Traeger seasoning. Very disappointing.

I'm tired of spending good money on these rubs only to try and use them and can't because they're stuck together in one big ball. Used to be great products but here lately they are a waste of money.

Just got the product and the spices inside are like a brick, hard as can be. To get any out you have to take a knife or some thing to break up a little bit. Still comes out in chips or fine pieces. You can't measure anything out because of it being hard and not loose.

I've tried a. Unch of recipe s but this one came out great! Maybe reduce smoke time an hour for juicer flavor. THIS STUFF TASTE LS SO GOOD!!!

Got this for fathers day opened the seal today to start some yummy jerky and found out I have a brick! can't even get it apart with a fork. Junk! now reading the review I found this has been going on for years and Traeger doesn't care. DO NOT BUY shake your can first if you do.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
