The Blue Blazing 2 Series electric smoker is packed with innovative & easy to use features that will have you smoking like a Boss in no time. Smoke low & slow or crank up the heat from 150 to 400-degrees Fahrenheit with a 1,650 watt electric element and large built-in control knob. Two adjustable damper valves at the top of the smoker give you even more control over temperature and airflow. The double-walled, cold rolled steel cabinet is finished in a stylish, semi-gloss blue high-heat coating, offering 676 square-inches of cooking space with 3 porcelain-coated, height-adjustable cooking racks. A sturdy latch securely seals the door shut and features a large viewing window with external heat indicator to keep an eye on things, without sacrificing heat and smoke from breaking the seal. An oversized, front-load tray easily slides out for loading up your favorite wood chips, offering up to 2 hours of cooking time per load. A removable water pan mounted near the base of the cabinet can be filled with your favorite marinade to add more flavor and keep foods fall-off-the-bone tender. A grease tray catches drippings at the bottom of the smoker and slides out for easy cleanup. Check internal temperatures while cooking with the included meat probe, conveniently stowing away in a dedicated control panel slot. Two rear wheels and a handle allow for easy placement and portability.

| Happy novice smoker guyI purchased this smoker 6 months ago & have used it about 10 times. I love it! I prepared brisket, pork butts & pork tenderloins. I may never graduate to a fancier smoker. | Love the color, but that's about it!We bought this smoker a month ago when we were in the middle of smoking 6 racks of ribs and our other smoker stopped heating. We didn't have a lot of choices on electric smokers in our area to choose from, but this looked close to what we were used to. Bottom rack of ribs were pretty crispy in the end, we figured our fault, new smoker... next time we tried a brisket, came out ok, but struggled with maintaining temperature. Decided to try another brisket, this one for us, this one did not turn out good at all, could not maintain the temperature in the smoker, could not even get the temperature over 190 degrees.
