| I have went thru 2I purchased this for flexibility. If I needed/wanted to cook fast, I have the ability to do so with gas. If I wanted a longer cook but the flavor of wood, it's easy to convert. It's all about choices. Easy to attach and use. There's not really much you can say. Attach the gas, turn the burner, and you're cooking with gas.
