Easy to install and works great. Watched a You Tube video and the installation was pretty easy. My temperature gun showed a temperature of 950 degrees on the pizza stone. No need to refill propane ever again.

Easy to install and more importantly, oven functions just as well as with propane. No more tank changes.

Not impressed by Ooni pizza oven and products. Takes an hour to get the oven to 650 degrees. it has an automatic switch off at 45 minutes so you have to start it again while it is heating up. last time i used it i had to restart it 3 times to get 4 pizza pies completed. Not as advertised. would not recomend or buy another Ooni product.

It took me about 20 minutes to install, it was easy. Hardest part was making sure the hinges were in the right direction but pictures are included. No drilling needed because the holes are already present at the bottom of the oven. It went together correctly the first time. This helped heat up my oven quickly and get the stone to the right temp. Note, don't need to turn it on high now to heat oven. First time I used I over heated and had to wait for stone to cool a bit. Handle comes with a wing nut to remove after use so my cover can go over the oven to keep critters out of it. Results: perfect pizza and ready to cook in 15 min.

Just about finished converting from propane to gas when I discovered there was no natural gas collar included in the conversion kit. Now I can't finish setting this up until I get this part. So very frustrating!

Ok, it takes a bit of DIY handiness, but the instructions were great and the process not at all difficult. The hardest part for me was getting the right size adapters from the house to the house. Three trips to the hardware store (included one extra when I realized I wanted to move the oven about a foot farther away). Highly recommended.

The conversion from Propane to Gas was really easy. It worked beautifully right from the start. The operation of the unit was identical to the original propane. I had to practice a bit and lower the gas output as my oven got a little too hot during the full run of six pizzas. Instead of 7 turns of the gas valve adjuster, I lowered it to 6 and that seems to have done the trick.

Price (Practice) was reasonable. The quality of the parts was great! The shipping time was adequate. Installation was not too difficult. Overall great product and service! Works great!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
