Bought in 2017 and lasted well until 2022. Now there is an issue with low flames and I'm not sure what to do. I want to order replacement parts.
I bought this grill for camping and tailgating. The first thing that caught my attention is how well this is built. It's a bit heavy but that's to be expected with the cast iron grates. It lights every time without fail. It's easy to maintain temperature and can get hot enough to get a great sear on a steak. I added the carry bag and table to make this the perfect travel grill for me.
I've had this grill for about 13 years now. It has never failed me once. I bought it to replace a competitors table top grill that never seemed to work right. It's got great temperature and just enough room to feed the whole family
Great little BBQ! A little heavy but also can grill for a crowd.
I have used this grill for years without fail. I received a carry bag with it so I am able to store it inside my motorhome when necessary without worrying about staining rugs/upholstery, etc. and it is ready to use in a minute. The grilling capability is the best for a portable grill.
We love the BBQ so far, it's big enough for our family, heats up quick and has great grills. However, I'm struggling to understand how Napoleon expects us to pack it up and carry it anywhere when grease just drips out of the back after used even once? We have to set it in our van on its legs after use and then make sure that nothing gets put on top, which is hard because it takes up a lot of space. Also, even if we are to carry it, there is a design flaw in that the clip that keeps the grill closed is right where your hand goes, so it has unclicked to dump the grill out when set down.
This is a great grill to cook both on the patio and while away. Good heat from the burners, and the cast iron grate is excellent. Very easy to transport and clean due to the clamshell design. Recommend.
Bought this last year and used it quite a bit. Noticed that the right side is a far higher heat then the left side. Also due to the shallow depth it can cause easy flareups. Started using a BBQ Grill liner on the grill and that has helped prevent the scorching but now that the igniter isn't working i may replace the whole thing.

I bought this portable because we wanted a unit we could take to the lake or river when fire bans were on. I own a deck bbq - Napoleon Rogue so thought the portable would be well built as well. The grill top doesn't even stay on the mounts (slips off the front or back support) and the back mounts are 5/8ths of an inch higher than the front when set on a level surface. I removed the back mounts and re-bent the mounts in a vice to level the top. I then placed a copper metal spacer at the back so the grill plate doesn't slip off the mounts. This fixed those problems but the heating is very uneven. Bratwursts were burning at one end and uncooked at the other. Not what I expected from Napoleon.

we boat a lot up here in northern Manitoba, Canada and we get hungry out there! sandwiches are ok but hot food is the best! after a long hunt for the right bbq I decided on this unit. I also bought the table stand as well. best decision ever!!! the bbq fits perfectly under the helm of the boat. tucks in and is stable. the table I have tiedowned to my wakeboard tower Bimini. out of the way. having this bbq out there is amazing! people love it or love the food off it! haha you can cook tons of food on here. we had 15 nice sized burgers on there. fits about 2 packs of hotdogs or smokies. clean up is a breeze and storage is well you know.

Questions & Answers
Hi Vonne - According to the owner's manual, the size specifications are as follows: "Use liquid propane cylinder with capacity of 14.1 oz or 16 oz. Use 16 oz liquid propane cylinders that are approximately 4" inches in diameter and 8" inches in length OR 14.1 liquid propane cylinder that is approximately 3" inches in diameter and 11" inches in length."
Asked by Vonne | Answered by NickHi Rick. Absolutely. Since this portable grill is relatively small, 10,500 BTUs is adequate to get a good amount of heat.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
