The Napoleon Prestige PRO 665 brings engineered quality at an economical price to your grilling experience. This freestanding propane gas grill has five stainless steel tube burners that provide up to 60,000 BTUs of cooking power. The grill has stainless steel cooking grates with 665 square inches of main cooking area and 335 square inches of warming area for a total of 1000 square inches of cooking area. Easily turn the burners on with flame ignition for a reliable start up. The stainless steel wave cooking grids create the trademark Napoleon sear lines. The stainless steel, self-cleaning sear plates vaporize drippings, control flare ups and keep your food moist. The Prestige PRO 665 also has a 18,000 BTU stainless steel rear infrared burner for slow cooking with the rotisserie kit and 13,000 BTU infrared side burner for searing meats. An integrated wood chip smoker tray pulls out for easy filling and has a dedicated 8,000 BTU burner that creates delicious smoke flavor. Napoleon Prestige and Prestige Pro grills feature a bumper to bumper lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship on major components including the hood, stainless steel lid, porcelain enamel lid, aluminum castings, stainless steel cooking grids, and stainless steel tube burners. The stainless steel sear plates, porcelain enamel cast iron grids, stainless steel infrared rotisserie, infrared bottom/side burner, and all other parts are warrantied for fifteen (15) years. Labor not included.

I would definitely recommend this grillLove this grill I previously had an Weber summit 670 which I loved and thought it would be hard to beat but Napoleon did it Love the lighting feature searing on the side And the quality. The ease of assembly with the use of the packing materials to help with.a bigger cooking area and warming rack. The lighted knobs that remind you which on is lit is so great when you turn everything off. YesAfter a bunch of reviews I went with this grill. I also never dealt with BBQ Guys before this purchase. The customer service was awesome. The grill arrived on time and I was kept in the loop from BBQ Guys and then the shipping company called me to confirm. I previously had a Webber and this grill provides so much more. The sear station is used all the time along with the rear burner. I also love the built in smoker box & I have used the optional charcoal tray. This is the Mercedes of Grills and we would buy it again!We have had this grill for around a month and have used only a few of the features. However, the delivery and setup were as promised and the looks and features are exactly as described. It is a beautiful grill. We are needing to take some time to getting used to having a sear burner but I am sure that will come with time. The main burners were a dream to work with. We love the look of this grill and our friends and neighbors can't stop looking! The lighting on the grill and in the cabinet is SO helpful and the lighting of the knobs just makes this grill stand out. We love our new grill! This is the grill I've always been looking for!I have tried out all of the features of this grill and found them to be very good. Temperature control is excellent, ease of use is wonderful, construction is of the highest standard. (The smoker performs beautifully!) This is a really fun grill to cook with. Issues I have found are the tendency for oil or grease burn from the drip tray. The work around is to maintain a cold side and hot side of the grill when barbecuing. Great product, great quality, but setup was a challengeIt's a great product. BBQ Guys delivered it on time via LTL trucking as it comes crated and boxed. The grill was packaged well and after sorting through everything like Christmas morning (there are a lot of boxes within the crate), I realized there was not an instruction manual or user guide, only a cookbook. I went to YouTube first looking for a video and finally ran across a .pdf online that came with a prior model but was close enough to make it work. Once assembly got underway I was able to figure things out fairly quickly, but again got hung up on operations of some of the grill's features because once again - no directions. Overall the build quality is good as is the hardware. The gas connection was simple and it fired right up. The grill has a lot of power behind it so those upgrading from a smaller grill should take notice as this grill will bring the HEAT. Only real drawback for me is that the grill is not 100% stainless. The side panels and back are all painted metal. The quality of these items is good but those of you wanting something 100% stainless may want to look in another direction. Also, I do like the LED lights on the knobs, but the Napoleon logo that projects on the ground seems a bit gimmicky to me. | Was This Helpful? | |
Great grill, but need to improve factory QATo start off, I have not had this grill long so I can only comment on my current experience with it. 1. This grill get hot quickly. In comparison to my previous Jenn-air (Nexgrill) grill), this this heats up tremendously faster and easly hits 500 degrees in a short time. Beware though that the nice chrome cover accents also get very hot ( the burn on my forearm proves that :) ). 2. The grill has plenty of depth which also means plenty of depth to the top rack. An ear of corn could lay perpendicular to the top rack without sticking out. 3. The side infra-red burner is a nice touch. I have very rarely used the side burner on my old grill since it was just as easy to use to stove indoors for basic pan items. The burner on this grill is great for just searing meat of making a quick burger. The grilled swordfish came out great using this burner. 4. Customer service was excellent from Napolean. For the few times that I called, I was able to get someone on quickly and they took their time to discuss an issue or just talk about the grill. Now the negatives. I would have given the grill 5 stars, but this item lowered the review ranking. I had an issue where only the woodchip burner igniter would spark, but the side and back burner would not. After removing the back panel, I found that the igniter module was pushed up close to the metal back plate. Since this is a high voltage output unit, my thought was that possibly there was arching. I then bent the mounting plate for the igniter back and put some insulation on the back cover. After this, everything worked great, well almost. Althought the spark would fire for the woodchip burner, it would not ignite. For this, I saw the electrode was behind the first burner hole. After bending it back about 1/8" so it was not over the hole, the ignition fired perfectly. For the cost of the grill, I feel that QA inspection should have tested this before leaving the factory. The Napoleon Prestige Pro is a feature packed gas grill with innovative accessories and integrated functionality. The Prestige Pro series comes with an infrared rear burner, rotisserie, and “sizzle zone” infrared burner. Freestanding Prestige Pro models also include an ice bucket with integrated cutting board. You can also add the optional charcoal tray for even more ways to cook. The grill comes with LED Spectrum Night Light control knobs with color customizable lights. The lights have a safety glow feature that make them glow red when a burner is in use. The Prestige Pro series also has interior grill lighting for night time grilling and lighting in the storage area under the grill. I also really like Napoleon’s doubled lined “lift-ease” lid, which opens easily and helps hold in heat for optimal heat retention. The lid is hinged near the middle and, when open, adds hardly any depth to the back of the grill. This allows for easy placement in a variety of spaces. The Pro 825 has two “sizzle zone” burners in the second grill area, and a two stage power burners on the side shelf.
One thing that really sets the Prestige Pro apart is its storage features. The Pro boasts soft close storage doors, built-in shelving in the cabinet, condiment racks, tool hooks, towel bars, and even a bottle opener with cap catcher.
Napoleon Prestige Pro grills have stainless steel tube burners that are lit by a "Jetfire" electronic ignition. The Pro series has stainless steel grates with a patented wave design that creates unique sear marks. To spread heat evenly, Napoleon has stainless steel sear plates. The plates also protect the burners and help reduce flare-ups.
The Prestige Pro grills are also available as built-in models, a perfect fit for any outdoor kitchen.
The warranty on the Prestige Pro series is a standout in its class, having a lifetime warranty on the exterior housing, cooking grids, and stainless steel cooking box. Napoleon also boasts a 10 year + 5 warranty on their burners and flame tamers that provides replacement parts at a 50% of normal cost for 5 years after the 10 year warranty expires.
Thing To Consider:
While this grill is built tough, and backed by a strong warranty, Napoleon Prestige Pro grills are not "all stainless steel", which is what many customers are shopping for nowadays. Along with the stainless steel components on the grill, you will also find cast aluminum and porcelain enameled steel components too, such as cart legs, back panels, etc.
