The Black Label 800 offers 8-in-1 cooking versatility, allowing you to smoke, bake, braise, roast, grill, barbecue, char-grill and sear - all in one machine. Using our innovative SearTECHcontrol, you can achieve instant direct or indirect heat in a temperature range of 180 to 600 degrees Fahrenheit. The digital control board and stainless-steel meat probes allow you to be in total control of a cooking experience worthy of the modern outdoor chef.
With a slew of innovative accompaniments, the LG800BL delivers robust versatility in a family-sized package. Between 809 square inches of cooking space, a 180 to 600 degree temperature range and an 18-pound pellet hopper, the Black Label 1200 is in a league of its own.
