This kit pairs the Mont Alpi MA-988 Performance Grill with Mont Alpi's Natural Gas Conversion Kit, so it arrives ready to run on natural gas right out of the box. The MA-988 is built from weather-shielded galvanized steel with an all-304 stainless steel cooking system - four high-performance main burners are paired with a ceramic infrared rear burner and infrared side burner, delivering 63,000 BTUs of precise, even heat across 551 square inches of main cooking space plus a 156 square inch warming rack. The 8mm 304 stainless steel cooking grates, matching sear plates, and stainless firebox combine to lock in maximum heat and produce bold sear marks every time. The double-walled roasting hood holds temperature steady while locking weather out, and illuminated control knobs glow red when off and white when lit, making it easy to see what's on even after dark. The Accu-Temp oversized temperature gauge keeps internal hood temperature in plain sight, while a spark ignition system fires every burner reliably. A two-stage grease system channels drippings through a full-size tray into a compact, easy-empty cup, and a removable bamboo chopping board on the side shelf doubles as a prep station. Deep soft-close drawers and a large cabinet provide organized storage, and the grill includes an extra-large stainless steel warming rack, internal oven lights, and heavy-duty caster wheels. Sometimes you just feel good when you buy something. Nice quality, great looking and nice to cook on. Waited a week to review as I wanted to be sure of any funny business, so far , excellent. Cover is slightly loose but thats just if I had to be critical. Rotis kit is awkward to assemble but I figured it out.

Love my new grill, it looks mean. Best looking grill ever. Performance seems good but I havent cooked on it yet. Quality is top notch. Very happy so far, I am particularly excited to use the charcoal tray that I purchased, cooking a thick rib-eye this weekend on charcoal, using the tray of-course. I turned on my rear burner with teh warming rack in and the rack warped. Be sure to remove the warming rack when rear burner is in use. Mont Alpi did replace this free of charge even though I didnt read teh instructions. Proud of my grill, its great!

After years of grilling and replacing grills every couple of years we finally decided to get something decent, just set this grill up but couldnt be happier so far. I really hope it lasts. Quality feels good, putting it together was easy and our first cook was as expected. I made my husband buy the griddle plate which he was reluctant to do, but the salmon that we cooked as our maiden voyage was perfect. The instructions could have been a little easier to follow but other than that, 10 out of 10 ..

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
