Weber Slate 36" Rust-Resistant Griddle was easy to assemble. It uses liquid propane as a fuel source. I'm impressed that you can cook multiple items at different temperatures at the same time. Our first meal that was prepared on the griddle was chicken and vegetables. The surface is not non-stick so we used olive oil to make the cooking process easier. The meal was delicious! Clean up was a breeze. The grease and small food particles were scraped into the catch pan. We then washed the surface of the griddle with a kitchen towel. We can't wait to cook and enjoy a variety of meals on our griddle.

The Webber 36" griddle hands down is the best griddle for outdoor cooking. The heat distribution is incredibly even cross the 36" surface, making it perfect for everything from smashing burgers to breakfast spread with pancakes and eggs all at once. The rust resistant design give real peace of mind, especially in Arizona heat, and the build quality feels solid and premium. I love how it is easy to clean, quick scrape, wipe down, and it's ready for the meal. Plenty of cooking space and easy to install. This griddle seriously level up outdoor cooking. Highly recommend for anyone who loves hosting and cooking big meal with ease.

I've been going crazy on this thing. Everytime I've used this I've fed 40+ people. It sips propane, and always stays hot. I always struggled keeping the griddle hot with my "Dark"stone, which doesn't have nearly the BTUs this Webber has. I wish I would've bought this first

Have not cooked on it yet. When we got it the 2nd burner would not light unless you held a flame to it. Weber customer service said none of the igniters were lighting correctly and sent a new manifold. I replaced the manifold with the new one and it still takes 2-3 tries to get it to light. Really disappointing because I spent a lot of money and there are other options.

This product is so well built works amazing not that cheap steal that get rust after every use. Recommend this 1000 % worth every penny.

I looked between the blackwood and this one, and after long thought Bought this Slate 36" I know I made the right decision. still learning it but absolutely no complaints and love it

It heats fine and cooks fine. It is a hassle compared to a normal grill for cleanup and use. I don't use it that often because of this.

Best flat top I've ever cooked on. Heats the same everywhere on the top. Cleans up easily and doesn't rust.
