My husband and I are so happy with this grill. It's a beautiful finishing touch to our patio. It's very smart with the built in thermometer. I love the storage and the hidden fuel tank underneath. The top rack for roasting and toasting the extras for your bbq is perfect.

I bought my first weber and was so excited to grill at my new home. I am dismayed at this product and find the thermometer feature completely unnecessary. It has to be connected to a phone to show the temperature on the actual grill. Thats a joke to begin with. Also it will not pair with my phone and/or apply an update. Customer support said I will get a new thermometer in the mail in 1-2 weeks. Great so now i have to waste another couple of hours installing this when the grill came to me already assembled. Very unsatisfied with this stupid thing. Technology is not necessary for a grill just tell me the temperature!

I've only used this grill a handful of times so far, but overall I think it's a really solid grill with some genuinely cool features. Assembly was actually way easier than I expected. It took us about 2.5 hours total, and I definitely recommend using both the printed instructions and the BILT app together because that made the process much smoother. The grill itself is pretty big (honestly probably bigger than what two people really need day-to-day), but I can already tell it'll be perfect for hosting summer BBQs with family and friends. I love the extra prep space on the side tables, and I'm especially excited about the drop-in accessory spot because there are so many add-ons you can use with it. There's also a ton of storage underneath, which is nice for keeping grill tools and accessories out of sight. Performance-wise, it heats up quickly and evenly, lights super easily, and the sear zone gets seriously hot. My FAVORITE feature by far is the app-connected thermometer and food probe though. Being able to monitor grill and food temps from your phone is the best… and will be especially nice during cold Wisconsin winters when we don't want to keep running outside to check on things. That said… getting the app set up was honestly a total nightmare and took me about 37 tries (at least!) to finally get the thermometer paired with my phone, which was incredibly frustrating. My only other complaint is the rattling from the flavorizer bars. They rattle constantly and LOUDLY, even from a slight turn of a knob, or pulling out the probe etc. **Watch the video in my post with the volume up** I did reach out to Weber customer support about it and they told me it's normal at first and should calm down after several uses once some grease builds up, but right now it's definitely making me crazy. Overall, this is a very nice, feature-packed grill that cooks really well and feels high quality. I just personally don't know if I'd spend that amount of money on it for just me and my BF.

This grill meets my expectations in terms of sear zone and WiFi thermometer. I also love the convenience of natural gas power. No more lugging propane tanks. Cost of running the gas line is worth it for the convenience.

The weber genesis 8325 grill is a high performance, three burner gas grill. This grill is doable it fast with even temperature distribution. It have a robot construction durable. Easy and quick cleanup. He absolutely enjoyed cooking on the grill.

The Weber Genesis EX325W Smart gas grill is definitely an upgrade from my gas grills I have owned in the past. What stood out to me the most is the cast iron enameled bottom and lid. My previous grills always rusted out, but I know this one is built to last. The cast iron enameled grates are also awesome. I like that they can be flipped over to accommodate additional accessories if I want them. The grill heated up pretty fast and the sear zone is great for steaks. The digital thermostat is really handy. Before you use it though, you have to download the app and get it all set up. I found that kind of annoying, but we are living in a digital world these days. I have not used the meat probe that it comes with yet, but I am happy that it came with one. The bottom cabinet is nice because I don't have to see my propane tank. I also like the grease management system with disposable trays. The shelves on the side are really nice to have to hold my trays. I think it's pretty cool that the one shelf can be changed into seasoning holders or marinate pans if added accessories are purchased. I like that the grill is on wheels, so I can roll it around on the back porch. Overall, I think I am really going to love cooking on this grill the longer that I have it.

Let me start by saying that I am not in charge of any grilling in our household, whatsoever. It's not because I'm not interested! It's because I get so confused by how to properly operate the pellet grill that we have. This grilling masterpiece is friendly to those that aren't well versed in the grilling universe. It's easy to operate, manage temps, and it heated up so fast! There was no waiting around for the grill for dinner tonight, it was ready in minutes! The design is functional. Enough space for a variety of foods, without crowding or cross-contaminating. My husband (the skeptic) was quite impressed with the construction and durability of the racks and overall unit. This thing is designed to last. Weber has really hit a home run with this grill! The grill was shipped to us in a large box on top of a wood pallet. It was heavy, but manageable to move. The instructions included were very helpful and easy to follow. All in all, we feel very Lucy to have been matched with this program. Truly such a wonderful product that I would highly recommend to anyone who struggles to operate a charcoal or pellet grill. Forget all of the extra steps. Just go with this guy!

Love this grill! Works perfectly, assembly was easy (use the book and the app videos together), and love gaving the smart tech and grill/griddle combo!

Temp gauge will not connect to any phone. There is no way to measure the grill temperature without it. I have read every guide, reset it, and redownloaded everything for hours and it will not work. Weber support continued to send me FAQ articles and has provided no assistance. They have now stopped responding entirely. Might be small claims court time.
