Luv this Grill. Works perfect. With the smart temp guage & probe everything I cook comes out perfect.

With the internet connections well as searing area, my needs are met.

I bought this to upgrade & replace one I loved but had for like 10 years. It wasn't a Weber and was shot. Love all the features to this grill. Everything works great, I did a bit of trouble with the app syncing probe 1, but Weber support helped by having me delete and redownload the app & perform app updates, then it seemed fine afterward.

Great grill. Digital temperature module doesn't work, sent a new one, and hat doesn't work either

The smart connect system is so glitchy it cannot connect to my phone, numerous tries. I sent a message to Weber support to help- no reply a week later. Online search shows this is a common problem. Worst part is the screen will not display the temperature at all because it is stuck saying "APP" but cannot be connected. Expensive new grill, flying blind on the temp. They need to help get this issue fixed for me and other ASAP!

Love this grill! This is perfect for beginners because both my husband and I are clueless about grilling, but this smart grill helps us grill an almost perfect steak! We like it medium rare but ended up slightly overcooked it to a medium. Nonetheless, it was a very quick grilling session, steak dinner in 10 mins! The thermostat helps so much, and having the app to control it as well made a world of a difference. We can set the temperature from inside the house with a simple touch. I will say the setup wasn't as obvious because some images from both the Bilt app and the manual showed different things, and the steps were different on both as well. I was kinda stuck and had to call my husband to help set up the rest of it. Anyway, maybe that's a small complaint. Nonetheless, it has been a solid grill, and materials are heavy duty.

The new Weber Genesis 325 is fire. The grill heats evenly while making it simple to cook items evenly with the Weber connect app. Never overcook anything ever again. Plus the newly added sear zones give you that nice flame charred searing on your food. This grill is a 10 out of 10!

My husband and I are so happy with this grill. It's a beautiful finishing touch to our patio. It's very smart with the built in thermometer. I love the storage and the hidden fuel tank underneath. The top rack for roasting and toasting the extras for your bbq is perfect.

I bought my first weber and was so excited to grill at my new home. I am dismayed at this product and find the thermometer feature completely unnecessary. It has to be connected to a phone to show the temperature on the actual grill. Thats a joke to begin with. Also it will not pair with my phone and/or apply an update. Customer support said I will get a new thermometer in the mail in 1-2 weeks. Great so now i have to waste another couple of hours installing this when the grill came to me already assembled. Very unsatisfied with this stupid thing. Technology is not necessary for a grill just tell me the temperature!

I've only used this grill a handful of times so far, but overall I think it's a really solid grill with some genuinely cool features. Assembly was actually way easier than I expected. It took us about 2.5 hours total, and I definitely recommend using both the printed instructions and the BILT app together because that made the process much smoother. The grill itself is pretty big (honestly probably bigger than what two people really need day-to-day), but I can already tell it'll be perfect for hosting summer BBQs with family and friends. I love the extra prep space on the side tables, and I'm especially excited about the drop-in accessory spot because there are so many add-ons you can use with it. There's also a ton of storage underneath, which is nice for keeping grill tools and accessories out of sight. Performance-wise, it heats up quickly and evenly, lights super easily, and the sear zone gets seriously hot. My FAVORITE feature by far is the app-connected thermometer and food probe though. Being able to monitor grill and food temps from your phone is the best… and will be especially nice during cold Wisconsin winters when we don't want to keep running outside to check on things. That said… getting the app set up was honestly a total nightmare and took me about 37 tries (at least!) to finally get the thermometer paired with my phone, which was incredibly frustrating. My only other complaint is the rattling from the flavorizer bars. They rattle constantly and LOUDLY, even from a slight turn of a knob, or pulling out the probe etc. **Watch the video in my post with the volume up** I did reach out to Weber customer support about it and they told me it's normal at first and should calm down after several uses once some grease builds up, but right now it's definitely making me crazy. Overall, this is a very nice, feature-packed grill that cooks really well and feels high quality. I just personally don't know if I'd spend that amount of money on it for just me and my BF.
