Great product! The overall quality is excellent, the assembly is quite firm and what I like the most was the design with adjustable grills that allows you to cook different foods according to the het required. I am very happy with my new grill.

Have been using this for about a month now, and I have to say it's SO much fun to grill on. I absolutely love traditional live-fire cooking and the flavors you can get. Grill is very well built and easy to use and manage the fire with. My friends are also quite impressed with the setup and said the food I have cooked them is among the best they've had! Definitely recommend.

This grill is fantastic! You can cook a lot of food on this at one time. I really love how the round grates are adjustable and swing out for easy access. If you get one, you'll love it too!

Awesome grill! Ordered a few months ago as a first time entry in The Great Steak Cook-off contest. A team of four ladies just one first place yesterday beating all the other teams!! This grill is perfect for ribeye steaks.

i have had my firecraft for 3 months and love it, so easy to use. with some starter coal under my wood logs it starts right up. my family loves the seared flavor on all the meats.

I am a new owner of this product. I cannot say enough about it. I have used it about 7 times. The best so far has been the T-bone steaks. With the adjust cooking grates I was able to grill to the internal I needed with the grate raised. I then lowered it to the lowest setting and reverse seared to our liking. It was a very easy assembly with the instructions. Took about 40 minutes to put together. The features are some of the best. The adjustments grates slide very easily up and down the bar. One of my favorite features is the ash clean out drawer. It takes only a few moments to clean without removing any of the grates. The side shelves are big enough to hold your meats, sauces and seasonings and keep them handy. They hit it out of the ballpark with this one.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
