I received the Oklahoma Joe's Bronco Smoker and Grill in exchange for my honest review, and after putting it to the test, I can confidently say that it's a fantastic smoker with a lot to love. First off, the build quality is excellent. It's made with heavy-duty materials that feel like they'll last a long time, and the design makes it easy to control temperature for a great smoking experience. The airflow system works well, and I was able to maintain consistent heat for hours without constantly adjusting. The food came out with amazing flavor and the versatility of using it as both a smoker and grill is a huge plus. That said, there are a couple of things I wish were different. The smoker is quite heavy, which makes moving it around a bit of a challenge. I also wish the lid had a locking mechanism for added security when transporting or storing it. Overall, if you're looking for a high-quality smoker that delivers great results, the Oklahoma Joe's Bronco is a solid choice. Just be prepared for the weight and consider where you'll keep it before buying.

I am glad that the FireBoard 2 Drive and Drive Blower also fit this Bronco. I had it installed on my old Bronco and it took the smoking on a windy day a thing of the past. The Fireboard 2 Drive and Blower combo turned this.smoker into a smart smoker. I can adjust the temperature with the app and don't have to adjust the air intake to get the desired temp. I also replaced the temperature gage with the Fireboard temperature probe. The adapter was purchased separately from another company.

I've never had a grill. Yes I know it's a must have but I am a single mama of 7 and don't have time to grill and I didn't know how. Soo this was a fun thing to do. The grill is absolutely amazing I was super excited to receive it. And even more happy when I got it and actually used it. It was not that hard. Putting it together yes it was a little difficult for me by myself but after a couple hours it came out good. It's very nice and clean. The temperature was great and the food came out well.

This thing is impressive! Easy to assemble, fantastic quality to ensure its durability. Comes with instructions on how to put together as well as all your options for cooking. We absolutely love it!

I'm extremely impressed. It was a task to put together but the instructions were great. I've put together a lot of things & normally there's at least 1 step I'm confused on but I wasn't at all. It feels heavy & solid which to me says quality. I'm so excited to use it. There are 3 different cooking options which gives me so much versatility. There is temperature controls & it's easy to read & clear. The grates are coated which should make cleaning it a breeze!

There is still snow here in Wisconsin, but I just couldn't wait. I was so excited to receive this. Getting it put together only took about an hour, and the instructions were surprisingly easy to follow. Threw a huge pork roast on to smoke immediately, and there was still room to spare had I wanted to cook more. This grill/smoker is incredibly versatile. It also seems very durable and heavy duty, but it's easy to move around. It was easy to get the temperature situated where I wanted. I was surprised at how easy the clean-up was. I'm so happy with this!

Ok putting this together took forever. But. The product is nice and strong holds a lot of meat and doesn't take all day to clean. I love the black look.

My husband loves this smoker! He smoked beef ribs on it and they were delicious. My husband likes to grill, bbq and smoke meat and he said this is by far one of the best smokers he has used. Temperature control is on point and the smoker is very easy to clean! The only con (which is the reason 4 stars instead of 5) is that Oklahoma Joe needs include the assembly instructions. My husband had to look for them online which is fine, but the online assembly instructions are outdated and for the previous version of this smoker. Only took him about an hour to assemble, but probably would've only took 30-45 minutes if the instructions were up to date. Other than that, the smoker is perfect!!

Smoke like a pit master with this Oklahoma joes barrel smoker. The structure is absolutely sturdy and will last generations if well maintained, true to Oklahoma joes standards. Cleaning is a breeze with the removable bottom cap just spray out with a garden house and you're good to go. The temperature control on this system is like no other I've used, it reacts quickly to the slightest adjustments on the intake and exhaust pipes, allowing you to truly dial in your temps to a "set and forget" smoke session. The flavor this pumps out is top tier, and with the removable grate and meat hangers that allow you smoke up to 9 racks at a go, sky truly is the limit for this smoker. The new design of the fuel door is a game changer, easily access the fire pit to add coal or wood chunks without having to take out the meat your smoking, and with the Kevlar gaskets there's no worry about air leaks. The installation is a little timely but well worth the effort! This well thought out smoker truly is a must have product for anyone looking to step into or step up their BBQ.

I love it, this is perfect for cooking & smoking meat! It has an air flow design to let you control the temperature control which is perfect for getting everything cooked & smoked just how you like. It comes with 9 hooks to put your meat on & 3 hangers, it also has 2 shevles which is convenient. It's kit is good to hang ribs but also great for any kind of meat your craving grilled or smoked. I highly recommend getting this, you will love it.
