I have had a bronco for 6 years now and own one other high-end smoker (Good-One). I still cook on the bronco more than any other grill or smoker at home. I often use the adjustability of the fire bowl and grate heights for reverse sear, have cooked 20# spatchcocked turkeys, and often grill direct. Best money I have ever spent on an outdoor cooking product.

I had the original bronco and love it. I read reviews before i purchased it. One review i remember was about adding more fuel to the fire. Apparently Char Broil listened. I love bothe origanal bronco a love the side access to the smoke if needed. I'm still impressed with the tight seal. Smoke only comes out of the stack.

Super nice heavy smoker, but a couple of issues. Super high/expensive shipping fee from ordering it from manufacturer. Should have ordered from big box store or elsewhere. Then after paying through the nose, the smoker arrived 3 days after projected. For 2 days got messages from FedEx that it was out for delivery that day. Finally did arrive on 3rd day of messages from Fedex. Box was destroyed, whole top missing, ripped down one side. Thankfully everything was heavily encased in styrofoam, and all parts there. Small dent on one shelf, but no biggie. Assembly instructions were adequate, took most of an afternoon and a six-pack. Only came with assembly instructions, no set up, first time burnoff, or any sort of recipe book. Guess I was supposed to figure it out, or search around online or youtube or something ? Anyway….smoker is great.

Easy to use, fun to cook on and the compliments on their food are endless. This is one of my best purchases in years. Oh, and the assembly was a little bit of a pain, but well worth it.

Instructions are very informative and easy to assemble however they did not send any extra bolts. If you drop one and lose it you are out of luck. One of the bolts included on the upper air intake channel wasn't threaded and it is supposed to be so I used a bolt from hardware package thinking surely they sent a couple extra. Nope not even 1 extra so be extra careful. I have to go to a hardware store to pick up 1 bolt to complete the assembly.

The smoker itself is great, but the instructions for putting it together are not good. Then to top it off they have horrible branding stickers that leave residue everywhere.

This grill has been great so far. Only reason for 3 stars is because the new access door does not seal very tightly and seems to be welded incorrectly, I had to add extra latches too my door to make it seal properly.

The bronco drum smoker is a really good charcoal smoker. For the price it can't be beat I've owned several types of smokers and this one holds the temp better than any of them. It uses a minimal amount of charcoal. I cooked a pork butt for 10 hours one basket of charcoal. It has a large cooking grate at 18 in. Plus hooks to hang meat. My favorite part is the access door and swing out charcoal tray. It is easy to add wood or charcoal without loosing temp on your food. If your new to smoking or a old pro I think you will really enjoy cooking on the bronco drum.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
