Bout this last week. Just received it today, packaging was terrible all the parts were scattered in the box no protection. Product became damaged and missing temperature gauge.. called to get a replacement and was told they can't get the part...

HAVE HAD THIS GRILL FOR ABOUT 2 WEEKS NOW AND HAVE BOTH SMOKED AND GRILLED ON IT, SO FAR IT HAS BEEN GREAT. I HAVE DONE A SMOKED BOLOGNA, 4 RACKS OF RIBS, SOME ITALIAN SAUSAGES AND SOME CHICKEN THIGHS OVER 4 COOKS. THE TEMP DIALS IN SUPER SMOOTHLY, I LOVE BEING ABLE TO ACCESS THE FIREBOX TO ADD CHARCOAL IF NEEDED. ASSEMBLY TOOK A WHILE BUT THAT WAS ONLY BECAUSE I USED HIGH TEMP SILICONE TO GET AN EXTRA SEAL ON EVERY JOINT AND SCREW HOLE. IF YOU WANT TO GO FROM SMOKING TO GRILLING ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS OPEN THE FIRE BOX AND USE THE HOOK TOOL TO PLACE THE CHARCOAL RING ON TOP OF THE DIFFUSER. I AM LOOKING FORWARD TO MANY MORE COOKS ON THIS GRILL, THANK YOU OKJ! I CURRENTLY OWN 9 GRILLS AND I THINK THIS ONE MAY BE THE PRIMARY FOR A WHILE.

Bought this Bronco 2.0 as my first smoker, brand new at the process of smoking meats and other stuff. This smoke gives me restaurant quality food with a very easy process. Makes a beginner cook like a pro. Very efficient with charcoal. Cooked 12 hours on one basket with almost no adjustments to vents after set. Just wow. And quality of build and parts are top notch. Only complaint is can't find an in stock cover.

I'm glad I made this purchase . The smoker is very user friendly. The swing out charcoal basket is really nice. You don't need to remove anything to add more wood or charcoal.

This app was amazing! The only issue that I had was when you tried to move around to click specific parts. It was really hard to scroll left or right to get inside of the smoker to click parts needed on the inside. Otherwise it was correct and efficient on everything. The only reason I put the small complaint is because they asked for issue reviews. As an extra, it would be nice if they specified which tools to use for each step while putting it together too! Otherwise psrfect and simple!

These are bad instuctions. The instructions don't tell you when or how to install the base for the coals and pin.

All works great. Mine has an issue with the fire box door closing properly. Even with that I am loving it so far. Are there any accessories that go with this?

I really appreciate the design and the ease of cooking with it. I've been a fan for a while and even own three Joes. I recently bought the Bronco 2.0 and cooked some pork ribs that turned out amazing! However, I noticed that the door to access the charcoal tray doesn't seem to sit properly. I tried to figure out what might be causing the issue but was unsuccessful. It's a bit frustrating, and I hope there's a solution.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
