I thoroughly enjoyed having the cast Iron grill in my first seasons but as others have written they have started to rust. I now need to replace. The rest of my BBQ is in good condition and I expect it to outlast another set of cast iron plates. Thus I can't buy another set of these grills and or recommend to anyone else. Does anyone know what SS grill plate I can get as a replacement. Preferably I want it 2 pieces or more. I have a Baron 440.

I bought this grill last year and the cooking surface is rusting and flaming apart. I take care of my stuff and for this to happen in such a short time is not right. I wonder why when I reviewed this grill this problem didn't come up but it does in these reviews.

I've had other grills in the past and I keep them clean and covered. this one rusted. and I can't find replacement grills. I should have done my homework before buying a Broil King Baron.

Like others who have posted here my grates have rusted as well after only one year but kept on using. Now trying to replace. I wonder if there was something wrong in the manufacture of these grates as everyone seems to have the same problem. Other than that the grill (Baron 5-Burner) is grate - best grill I ever had!

Have the Baron 440 for about two years now and like everyone else, I am experiencing the grates being rusting and blistering causing them to not be useable. They were also seasoned properly and brought inside during winter months. Not too happy having to spend money on new grids...

I have a 3 year old Broil King Baron 320 grill and 2 of my grids are rusted beyound use even though they are always oiled before barbequeing.

Just over 2 years old and grills are completely unusable. Rusted beyond belief despite regular seasoning and proper cleaning per the manual. Now, since it is outside of the warranty period I fear I am on the hook for the replacement costs. Not acceptable. I bought a Broil king because I wanted a decent quality BBQ. Obviously, from the number of complaints here, Broil King has a serious quality control issue and need to address it. Would not buy replacement grills unless stainless steel. Broil King needs to step up and give free or severely discounted replacement stainless steel grills or cast grills that do not have this QC issue to everyone that has this problem. It's a shame really because it is a nice BBQ otherwise. P.S. the plates below the grill are also rusted and they are supposed to be stainless steel. (obviously the lowest grade SS you can get)

I am on my 3rd set of grates. It's getting expensive to replace grates every 12-15 months. I take care of them and season like I would a cast iron skillet. I even stored grates inside this past winter. Still rust! Is a common problem with Broil King?

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
