Like all the other posters here, my grids rusted within two years. I care well for them, keeping them seasoned and so on but they just don't hold up! Not sure what I can do to replace them and I really don't want to spend the money to get new ones that will rust. Very disappointed!

Grill is a a 1 year and 2 months old, grates are already rusted and falling apart even after cleaning, seasoning and keeping covered. I have tried to contact support through email and phone and can never get a response.

I am reading the reviews on these grills and have a similar experience. I would not recommend this product due to the grills. The 4 grill plates did not last as they RUSTED very quickly even with recommended seasoning. The replacement grills are very expensive compared to the competitor bbq and the odd size makes it impossible to find generic grill plate. Therefore forced to make decision to scrap bbq and buy new instead of replacing just the grills. It is seems that the manufacturer designed the product failure around the grill plate which is normally a maintenance item. I also already replace the burner tubes once and the igniter twice. My original opinion was that Broil King was a premium product but after the experience with the grill plates, burner and igniter I would not recommend Broil King as a top end bbq

I bought this because I thought it would be better quality. Turns out these rusted and fell apart. BroilKing can you fix this and supply quality even if it means charging more? Please contact me. My door also broke on my unit, as well, the clam shell starting to corrode.

I have exactly the same problem as other reviewers - despite cleaning and seasoning the grills for my Baron 590 they are rusting out. Looking for a source for replacements I nearly fell over when I saw the price. I bought a Broil King so I wouldn't have to replace my bbq every few years but for the price of the grills I maybe should have stuck with my old strategy of buying a new cheap bbq every few years. So disappointing when you make the conscious decision to buy what you expect to be a quality product.

The charcoal is still in great shape but the grate shave rusted badly beyond use.. ! I would like to replace them with stainless steel rod grates but can't seem to some anywhere.. ?

I've had this grill for 4 years and am in my second set of grates and the results are the same! Rusted out in 2 years. Given the cost of replacements I am hesitant to choose cast again. Might try a universal stainless unless a better Broil King has a better option!

Grills rusted out in just over 2 years and completely unusable. Cost for replacement is ridiculous ! Very disappointing ! I hope someone contacts me to offer some assistance.

I've had my Broil King (Baron Model) for two years...now the grates are already falling apart/rusting. I clean the grills all the time - my last BBQ and gills lasted for many years. I wonder how much rusted grill I've eaten off this Broil King unit. The cooking grills are terrible.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
