I would give the grille a 5star rating, however customer service gets a 1. I just purchased the Rogue PRO425 SIB. The grille seems great however for some reason the availability for accessories, is non- existent. I wanted to order the drip pan liner #62020, the drip tray liner #62007, a brush for the stainless grates, and pair of tongs. The 62007 is not eligible for shipping, the 62020 cannot be ordered. I did not try to order the tongs. All of my local distributors are out of the items. I tried to call Napoleon several times the wait time is over 1 hour. I hope that I do not need any help in the future. makes me sad

The assembly manual is pathetic. A narrated, professionally edited video is needed for every single model. I had to find a video for a different model on YouTube to supplement the assembly manual. Napoleon has their own shoddy video for a similar model, but it deviates from the manual by page 3 of 29. It may be fine if I ever get it assembled!

We purchased this grill over 3 weeks ago and have heard nothing from Napoleon. They don't answer or return calls, and they don't reply to emails. I'm pretty sure that we've been ripped off.

Too early to write a complete review; only have the unit for two months. Used the infrared side burner and as advertised, it heats very quickly and definitely hotter than the main grill area. The porterhouse steaks seared beautifully and quick. Stainless grates cleaned easily. The open back panel, so far, has not been a problem with weather or pest issues. Hopefully a review a year from now will be as positive as it is now.

I can't say enough about my Napoleon Pro 425 SIB. It heats up to over 500 degrees Fahrenheit in less than 5 minutes. Cooks evenly throughout. Complete control with the 3 burners. Love it.

Build quality is excellent, all parts fit like they should. Temperature control is unbelievable. Love the sear burner. Only thing I would change is a larger capacity drip pan.

I bought this grill with the rotisserie, basket and the smoker tray. That makes it quite versatile. The infrared side burner chars steaks and burgers to perfection. The basket makes meat and veggies with flavors that I have not been able to create before. The smoker tray makes true wood flavored BBQ possible. It appears to be well made with robust materials. Everything fits together well and functions correctly. However, I won't know for a while how well it holds up with daily use. I can highly recommend this grill, but definitely make sure that you get the SIB. That is what sets it apart from all the others. Don't be fooled by manufacturers who claim to have effective searing with different areas on the side of the grates. There is no substitute for the 1,800 degree infrared burner. It sears steaks like the restaurants I used to watch through the window in NYC. Total Hades flames. And do purchase the rotisserie, basket and tray, as they make the grill truly versatile and are a must-have.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
