Got this and it only runs for 30 minutes then it stops working. It says ER uger light comes on. How can I resolve this issue. This is on a Navigation 6-Series Vertical pellet smoker.

Loving this smoker. Seems to be less smoke inside than im used to. Pellet smokers are new to me.

I had issues right out of the box. It would run for a while and then the temp would spike and it would error out. Called customer support and they sent a new fan. I replaced the fan and it did fix that issue, but then it would run about 50 degrees above the set temp. Called customer service and they sent a new temperature probe and controller. I replaced both and everything appears to now be working, but it consistently runs about 25-35 degrees above the set temperature. I have a ThermoWorks thermometer that I am comparing it to and so I have to make sure I set the temp low enough to compensate. Pretty frustrating, but I can't return to the store since I have used it. The app is about worthless also, and that was one of the main reasons I purchased this thing. It won't run in the background and so every time I switch apps or lock my phone, I have to reconnect to the grill again…I can only do this if I am on the same wi-fi network as the grill and that is pointless to me as I want to be able to monitor my cook from work or wherever I am. Customer service has been great, but I wish pit boss could build a better product. I am a Traeger user and this was my first pit boss. Sadly I think I will go back to Traeger.

door doesnt sit level and cover was labeled with the logo on the wrong side of the cover and isnt a great fit

This the best smoker I have owned! The smoke ring on my briskwt was awesome! The priming sequence got me off to a slow start. But after i actually read the manual, my smoke went through the night reliably into the next day! Thank you Pit Boss!

This smoker won't hold temperature at all, set to 130 and it spikes up to 300 and sits there. The app also won't connect at all no matter what I've tried. I regret purchasing this.

This smoker has an amazing amount of room to cook for large families or parties. Quality is good and price was excellent.

So far so good had issue with pitboss controllers in the past but did the initial burn in and held temp at 350 for 40 minutes no issues guess will see what happens when n the first cook this thing is massive!!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
