Bought this grill 2 years ago and it's been coming apart for about a year now. Paint is blistering off, door on box won't seal, and today the door blew open and top rack fell ruining my rack of ribs. So very disappointed in the overall performance! Wanted to add photos but this page isn't letting me?

I purchased this smoker back in February of this year and after several cooks, I think it is a great backyard smoker. It holds temperature pretty good, the right side burns a little hotter than the left and that is because of the airflow vent is on that side. The only issue I had was, my temperature gauges had to be replaced after the 3rd cook I did. But customer service helped me with replacing them with no problems. I will definitely buy another one and recommend it to my family and friends.
I had a ruff time putting the firebox together. Stripped out a bolt. The grill doesn't have an ash catcher so all the ashes went on to the heat sheild. I'm also trying to figure out what those hooks on the back of the grill are for? All in all my first cook went great. I bought this grill with the intent of not needing another one for a very long time. It is HEAVY and quite sturdy. Very well constructed. They need to knock $200 off the price I think. I look forward to trying the smoker next. I hope they make a cover available soon.
I'm about to Oklahoma Joe smoker July 2024. It was already assembled when I bought it from Lowe's. I used the same day and cook St. Louis style ribs for four hours. The heat temperature was pretty consistent for 2hours then began to vary 10-15 degrees higher but soon settled back down after controlling the dampers and smoke stack. The ribs came out tender and delicious. I'm so happy about this product and looking forward to cooking more and more meat on this grill, which also weighs 235 pounds.. It's a beast of stainless steel!

I'm giving this grill 5 stars because 1. easy to start. 2. easy to maintain temp. 3. So much cook space. 4.If I need to move it, the wheels are big enough to move with ease. 5. 2 temp gauges that come with it. The only con I could come up with, no front shelf. Don't care for the bar.
Well built and an easy grill to manage the temp on
I have looked at this smoker for a couple of months and was fortunate to get this as an early Father's Day present. It arrived two weeks ago and assemble it . Did the intitial murmured in with lump charcoal and hickory. For Mother's Day we put a couple of slabs of baby backs on . This smoker is so easy to use and maintains temperature consistent. 220 to 250 for hours with no issues. I highly recommend this smoker.

This thing can truly do it all! It works great as a charcoal/wood smoker. It works great as a charcoal grill. It works great as a direct heat charcoal/wood open flame grill. I'm sure I haven't even figured out all the ways I'm going to use this thing. I've only had it a couple weeks and I just love it allready.
Bought this for my husband as a Valentines gift in Feb 2024 and he noticed after 3 uses in 1 month the paint on the hot box is already peeling. The juices that drop leak on the outside due to poor sealing. Air leaks all out of the firebox.

Excellent smoker but my only complaint is that the lid on mine is way out of wack. one side has a big gap and the other side is as tight as they come. wish this could be fixed especially for the price you pay. Other then that good steel smoker holds heat well ( besides the gap in the lid ). If the lid wasn't messed up it would be a 5 star smoker for sure. Takes about 1hr to assemble.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
