Weber GENESIS S-435 Propane Grill w/ Cover, Griddle & Sear Grate

This grill is simply awesome. The sear zone works perfectly and the grill seems to not have any hot or cool spots. It grills evenly. It is easy to clean and maintain and is well built.

This grill is incredible. Huge surface area. Sear burner is an awesome addition. The extra side burner is great when you need it. Most of the Crafted Accessories are home runs. I've cooked everything from, whole chickens, to pizzas in the stone, to breakfast on the griddle and everything in-between. I cannot stress enough how much I absolutely love this grill.

I was disappointed in its operation initially. Since I read the user manual and learned how to properly ignite the burners, I really like the performance and features of the grill. The grill is a really good value weighing the price point vs. features.

Love this grill. They lights are awsome light ups the whole grilling surface at night. It is so smart that I've discovered that I no longer overgrill the product being grilled. Can't wait to do a turkey and rib roast for the holidays 😋

Weber user for 50 years! Needed second grill for large family gatherings. Great grill Good size. On this model great features. Like the folding warming rack. Really adds to grilling space. Like new design to add flattop pizza stone etc Only suggestion is side tray could have been attached better. Will probably find a way to secure better if it loosens again. Current grills include this one, S 335 and Weber charcoal kettle

Grill gives you maximum control on temperature and delivered as advertised.

Bought this about 3 months ago and love it. - 4 burners + side burner - lighting for dials and inside cook area - stainless steel doors, lots of hooks and storage below - digital display of cook area temperature plus two probes can connect, with bluetooth - temperature over 600F was observed inside cook area - my only complaint is the hood is heavy (could use an aid assist feature) and the handle does get hot to touch

Weber Connect takes your cooking to a whole new level. Just used it for the first time cooking a tomahawk steak for my sons 21et birthday. As we all no a good steak is not cheap. Over cooking means tasting Ribeye or hamburger (just meat). Weber connect let's you get right with no mishaps. I'd recommend Weber connect for the extra couple hundred dollars. Especially if your a social butterfly where time just gets away and you have had unwanted hamburgers when you planned for a good deserved steak. Also get the porcelain grill inserts (not included) but worth having when you want next level grilling.

My new GENESIS SPX-435 Smart Gas Grill is really beautiful! All of the pieces inside are stainless and I feel it will last a longer time than my previous grill. Functionally, it's even heat keeps all meats cooking consistently, but takes some getting used to as the stability of temperature takes a bit to settle into it's groove. Low temps are hard to get to as it naturally wants to be at a higher temperature which honestly I needed to be at anyways.

I purchased a summit platinum grill over fifteen years ago which I still have. I used it about 3 to 4 nights a week. About every other year I would rebuild the ignition and I cleaned it at least every month. Well, I gave it to my in-laws and they're thrilled with it! That gave me a chance to buy a brand new top- of-the-line Weber model. So far, it's a dream. I hope I can get another 15 years out of this one too!
