This Weber cover is covered by a limited manufacturer warranty against defects in material & workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the original date of purchase. Warranty excludes normal wear and is limited to the original purchaser. Labor is not included.

I have used Weber grills for more than 20 years. Started with a charcoal kettle grill before moving up to a gas grill. This grill is an upgrade and I am looking forward to exploring the possibilities it offers.

The grill structure is void of protection for the electrical connections and the gas connections underneath making it susceptible to damage by snow or rain. Previos models I owned had an enclosed compartment under the grill that housed those components. Apparently the designers assume everyone will use a grill cover forgetting that sometimes we grill in the winter or in spaces that make the placement/removal of a cover difficult. My las Weber Genesis lasted 12 years of all season use, never covered. Also if you tried to light the grill with a lighter,( after your electricals go) the new bars are very close to each other and preclude your placing the lighter close to the burner. All in all an expensive grill that in an era of technological advance looks and feels as a grill designed in 1950. Clearly being a leader is not a condition that will last in perpetuity

I have had a 6 burner Weber grill for about 15 years. Passed it on to my kids, and got me a new 4 burner. That is how much I love it!

Well-designed, high-heat grill that really shines. I've had Weber gas grills for years, and not surprisingly, their newest line is their best. I particularly like the griddle option I purchased. No more smoky bacon in the house! I cook breakfast outdoors on my deck now.

Great cast iron body. To much cheap plastic. Castor/wheels aren't very tough. Top should have been a few inches higher for using rotisserie. Works well but I feel it is over priced compared to other brands. The true test will be how long it lasts.

Learn how the WiFi functions before purchasing. This grill may not be suitable for a home that is not close to an electrical outlet or if you have difficulty bending into a small space to connect a battery pack.

So this is the new GENESIS SPX-435 Smart Gas Grill. What a beautiful piece of art. This grill is fabulous and has so many options. This is definitely the biggest grilling innovation in decades definitely will create a full backyard culinary experience. You can roast, bake, steam, or even stir-fry by replacing the cooking grate with custom fit WEBER CRAFTED grillware, so awesome right?!! It's seriously exciting! Also with WEBER CONNECT smart technology simply download the application on your phone and you'll receive real time food temperature alerts, so that whatever you're making turns out perfect. Its easy to use and fun to watch as well.This has a place to sear multiple steaks at once on the extra large sear zone and let me tell you it works great! It made perfect steaks and quickly too. Just turn on the knob for the special burner for searing.Now, the NIGHT VISION lighting illuminates the entire grill surface, this is one of the most amazing things and it looks beautiful too. This is one of my favorite parts. I actually like grilling at night now! It has a side burner, great cabinet space and it's own meat thermometer, so many cool things it's hard to tell them all. Definitely a great machine!

The assembly process is very difficult because the instructions on paper don't match the instructions on line, and neither those two match the packaging the grill came with. Boxes labeled with sharpies, content misplaced and content mixed in different boxes was a nightmare. Add to threefold that the grill in the paper instructions and the grill in the on line instructions were different to the grill i got (same model number, but seemed to be different model year) For example, the grill on line had a long rear axle and 2 big round wheels, the paper instructions had 2 locking casters but in reality i got regular faster of different size

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
