This Weber cover is covered by a limited manufacturer warranty against defects in material & workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the original date of purchase. Warranty excludes normal wear and is limited to the original purchaser. Labor is not included.

This is my second Weber grill. The first one was a gift from my daughter in 2016. We moved into an apartment complex so I gave it away to my son-in-law. That grill is still going strong. I cooked on it a month ago and it functions and looks just as it did when I got it new. So when we moved into our new home, I had to get another Weber grill.

I have loved the new grill. I got some extra add-ons, the griddle, pizza stone. Makes doing any type of meal possible and still get the grill. I had a 330 Genesis prior for 12 years and only had to replace due to a wind storm. Weber is a great brand and makes great products.

The regulator hose to the tank is leaking at the coupling. I put in a claim but I'm being put through hoops to prove it, not happy!!!

Thank you for your feedback! We are sorry to learn that you have a leak in the gas line, and we are here to help! We understand your frustration with the troubleshooting process, but we would not want to send a new part if it will not help get you grilling any sooner! In almost every case of reported leaks, the rubber gasket on the inside of the propane tank nozzle is oval in shape, as opposed to round, is cracked or is otherwise compromised, and therefore results in a leak. The gasket should be perfectly round, with no nicks or cracks. We would like to offer further assistance! Please look for our email outreach soon. Thank you!

Very happy with this weber grill purchase. Does a great job and I was able to cook lots of food at one time for a decent size cookout. Love the extra storage cabinet on the side for my other grilling trays and things (pizza stone, etc.). Made pizzas on here and turned out great. May eventually look into the cast iron rack for the searing side.

This is the best grill I've ever had! The sear zone worked fantastically on tuna, burgers and steaks. The WEBER CRAFTED interchangeability makes this much more than just a grill. Saving up for the full size griddle. Get this beast your neighbors will be jealous!!

I've been a customer for over 25 years. I'm proud to say that my summit six burner Weber lasted those 25 years, yes really ! so what possible choice did I have other than to buy a new Weber once again? I love the upgrades that have become a standard for what my Weber is today. Namely, the side storage, the stainless extra space on both sides, the fact that it has the searing burners and the temperature comes up really fast and so many accessories that are available, including being able to use a wok and the cast-iron grill in place of the stainless. I also like that the gas tank is safely stored underneath the grill out of the elements. The grease trap and sliding shelf underneath the burners makes for an easy cleanup and I especially like that the burners underneath the flavorizer bars, clean up with just soap and water, and no scrubbing. My husband who is a chef of 30 years , culinary trained is in love with the grill he's able to control temperatures far better than we used to be able to and there are no hotspots. It's a nice even temperature throughout . I can't say enough about my new genesis grill I'm very happy

Just purchased this grill. I did my research and selected this grill to meet my needs. I have been using it often and I am very pleased with its performance. I have recommended it to a couple of friends already.

Product showed up with missing parts. Grill is unusable, and took a lot of time and effort for Weber to remedy the situation. It's been a few weeks now and I still don't have a working grill despite having paid for the grill and the installation. Frustrating.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
