This Weber cover is covered by a limited manufacturer warranty against defects in material & workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the original date of purchase. Warranty excludes normal wear and is limited to the original purchaser. Labor is not included.

Try putting a pull out sheLf for the propane tank . It's a bear trying to replace the tank with the present setup.

I like the grill. The cover is a very poor quality . Only had the grill a few weeks and a storm tore the cover. There are no tie downs for the bottom. Cheesy cover for a 2k grill

Finally broke down a purchased a new Weber Grill. I had a Genis Gold that was 18 years plus and i cannot talk about that grill enough. We decided to purchase a new Weber and the 435 was a great choice. No lie it took a few times to get used to even heat, and fantastic indirect eat but that grill has surpassed all expectations. Steaks, ribs and vegetables come out perfect every time. There is always even heat and we have used aa cast iron skillet on it and it is fantastic. Our next purchase is for the flat top insert and i am waiting for that. If your going to get a new grill i strongly suggest you look at the 435

Disappointed that I ordered a stainless steel grill and many of the parts are painted metal and not stainless. I'm very concerned the frame will not hold up well in a salty beach environment.

Congratulations on your new Genesis S-435 gas grill! We so sorry to hear of your disappointment. We are here to help. Your grill comes with an extensive warranty and we will always stand behind our products. We have some great tips to keep your grill in tip top shape in the salty beach environment. If your grill is located in a coastal or humid area, or if chlorine is present in your environment, additional maintenance will be needed to keep up the appearance of the exterior steel parts. At the first sign of staining/discoloration/surface rust we would recommend cleaning with stainless steel cleaner (ex. Bar Keepers Friend). Once cleaned, we recommend using a stainless steel polish (ex. Weber's brand) to keep it looking its best in-between cleanings. Once a week we would recommend wiping down the grill with a wet towel or rag and then drying completely. We would only recommend covering your grill if you know inclement weather is coming. When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
