This Weber cover is covered by a limited manufacturer warranty against defects in material & workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the original date of purchase. Warranty excludes normal wear and is limited to the original purchaser. Labor is not included.

Great quality product. I was sad to see my Genesys Silver series C retired after 22 years, still works great was just looking to upgrade to natural gas.

Great product. Awful service. Delivery literally dropped the grill on our driveway. Assembly service scheduled through Weber website never showed up.

Sear station and Crafted System is fabulous. I only wish Weber offered 9mm stainless grates for this midel. Grill was easy to assemble and functioned properly out of the box.

The Weber Weber GENESIS SPX-435 cooks well. The hardware, besides the burners, is cheap and the stainles steel scratches VERY easily. ( I plan on covering my side extentions with custom cut cutting boards to hide the scratches and discolored burner cover. If you use a cover be aware when you take it off you can turn the outside buner gas on and when you light your grill it will be heating the burner cover without you knowing, wich leads to discoloring of the grill and potentially burned hands. I should have gone with what I knew and that is Weber is basically making cheap materials crap.

this grill seems to be the one for the long haul. it is very durable and versatile. i love the accessories that you can buy with it. the introduction of a full size griddle attachment just made me love the grill even more!

First grill I owned and it is so easy to use and cooks everything perfectly. Had to contact customer support for some replacement parts and it was so simple. Warranty is fantastic!

We retired our 18-year-old, Weber Summit Platinum D4 grill. After researching, we decided to purchase the Genesis S-435 gas grill. We have been using it and are very happy with this grill. It took about three hours to assemble the grill. The instructions for assembly were easy to understand and follow. The grill cooks great. We use the grill about three times per week. We would highly recommend this grill to all our friends and family. The only negative thing about this grill, is that it is not easy to hang a full gas bottle inside the cabinet on the scale hanger. As a 74-year-old man, getting down on your knees to install the gas bottle on the hanger is not convenient. In the future the gas bottle will be placed on the cabinet floor. We live in Louisiana, so we get to use our grill all twelve months of the year. We absolutely love our Weber Genisis grill.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
