Very happy with the performance of our CMy wife and I put it together in about 5 hours and while we stumbled a bit with the essentially all-pictures assembly manual, on-line videos helped us along where the pictures alone weren't enough. In that one regard a supplemental sheet with some key points written out would have been helpful. But can't question the parts quality nor the engineering of the design and solid construction once its put together. And finally how the food (particularly items that are seared or retain the smoke grilling) tastes --- we've previously owned Weber's before, but this one really does the job well and its nice to have the side burner.
I like the grill, lots to like. I think the gauge or whatever to tell you how much propane is left in the tank isn't as good as my Weber Summit but then the Summit is a lot more $$. I like the slide out drip pan under the grill, makes it way easy to clean. But DO NOT buy this grill unless it's been pre-assembled. It was a nightmare trying to put the thing together. Just DON'T DO IT>
What you would expect from the top-of-the-line grill. I got the natural gas version and some elements of this review are specific to this version. I had the reseller put this thing together. $100 well-spent. Not because I couldn't do it but because I didn't have the 2 hours it took them with two people. It probably would take one person longer. Also, retail assembly will not connect the Weber gas line for liability purposes even if they assemble the grill. The LED lights are a nice touch. The LED lights are AA battery operated. However, you will need AC power close to your grill for use of the temperature monitor. Remember to remove the plastic protective film from everything prior to assembly and prior to firing it up. Otherwise, you risk baking it to outside of the grill. There is plastic film that ends up between pieces that you approximate together so you need to remove the film before assembly or you won't be able to get it all off afterwards. My biggest complaint is the natural gas connection. Most new construction homes have a natural gas pipe that terminates in a natural gas 3/4" male end. Why then does Weber (and other manufacturers) continue to use a 1/2" female natural gas end? Most will absolutely need to buy an adapter (which is not mentioned anywhere by Weber). I recommend a single-piece, brass pipe fitting. Search for a "Reducing Hex Nipple, 3/4" Male Pipe x 1/2" Male Pipe." Anderson Metals makes exactly what you need in a one-piece brass fitting (56123-1208). I would recommend this over multiple reducers / adapters / or short lengths of pipe you will need to get at the big-box retailers. The more gas connections, the higher the chances of leaks (and remember to use a lot of dish-soapy water over all gas connections to check for leaks first). It took a while to find this adapter and it delayed my use of the grill by a few days because I didn't realize it was needed it until I went to connect the gas line. Weber: Here is an opportunity for improvement. At least mention this in your manual or better yet, offer this adapter on your website or a link to it or something.

I purchased grill on April 30 and the starting mechanism stopped working on August 15th. Weber sent me a new starter which after I installed it the problem was not resolved. Weber then sent me a whole new starting mechanism which I have not installed yet. I am happy that they are sending me the parts they think I may need to fix the problem but not happy that the problem happened on the first place.

Thank you for your feedback! We are surprised to learn that your igniter stopped working, as we expect more from our products. We would like to help with further troubleshooting. Your satisfaction is very important and we will make sure that everything is working again soon. Please look for our email followup. Thank you!
This product is false advertising. You cannot hook up bulk propane to this product. You need a special connection that has to be purchased. Weber should provide it for free since the product description is not accurate.

Your feedback is very important to us. An adapter is required to operate the grill on bulk propane. Our Care team is reaching to discuss further. Thank you!
This was a great grill until a storm blew threw my neighborhood. High winds caused it to fall on the front and bend all of the control dials. It's currently unoperable.

This is the best grill I've ever had. This thing gets super hot super quick and does an amazing job. The first time I cooked on it my mind was blown. You really do get what you pay for. I would buy this again and again. Thanks Weber!
I love it! Easy to use, well built. Stared at it for years. The opportunity presented itself and I took! Never happier!
Amazing grill, true heat throughout, customer service is second to none. Good to see they value their customers in 2023, thought that was a lost art

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
