Weber GENESIS S-435 Propane Grill w/ Cover, Griddle & Sear Grate

Everything you expect from a Weber. Good ergonomics, well designed, easy to assemble, overall a great grill. Only reason I didn't give it 5-stars is that I was hoping for a little higher quality materials at this price point. The stainless steel was a little thinner than I was expecting. The grill grates could be a little thicker, the burner tubes, knobs, etc. good grill, just hoping for slightly higher level of materials. but so far, the grill cooks even and well... and that's the most important part.

This grill has it all! I love the sear burner option! The storage options are very nice and hide everything. This is the most complete grill Weber has ever made!

The E-435 natural gas grill has met all my expectations. It is easier to clean than prior Weber grills I have owned. It heats fast and provides very even heat. I have had excellent results with the sear burners and recently cooked a great 2" thick rib eye using the reverse sear method (medium rare in the center and a good sear on the surface).

I'm really loving my new grill. The heat and convection are awesome. The design and storage are also amazing.

I really like the ease of connecting the remote meat thermostat to my phone to monitor grill and meat temperatures. Additional great features include the extended warming rack, sear zone, and storage for gridle and grates.

Had an older model for years that had a warranty issue. Since the parts were unavailable, Weber sent us this brand new model as a replacement! Love the external storage and seat zone! You can tell they spent some time designing this thing. Very impressive!!

Amazing grill and amazing quality! Webber warranty is second to none. Had an issue with my 5 year old Genesis and they sent me a brand new one to replace it for free! Now that's customer service! Will recommend to everyone looking!

I have been using the S-435 several days a week for the last two months or so. On my third tank of propane. Overall I am very satisfied with my purchase. I use both the half griddle and the large full griddle inserts as well as the grill. I find the heat is very even for all with just a few hot or cold zones. But I am not surprised by this, almost every grill I have used in the past 30+ years of grilling has had hot and cold spots. The griddles are also very even heated. I find the cooking performance above average but not amazing. The engineering is well thought out and production quality is very high. I had no issues assembling and setting up. The look is decent. Now some suggestions or things I wish were different. Crossover burner tubes or automatic ignition so you don't have to mash the ignition for every burner. One more burner (higher burner density) the sear burner is great but I think if this grill has either more burners or wider burners it would be better. It works fine for a slower cook, but if you want even high heat you are stuck using the sear station. Would really like a high heat option on the other side also. Hooks on the front of the side shelves. It's a long reach to the sides and if you have another appliance or other item at the end you have to leave a gap. Lastly, the up-slope on the burner control panel assures everything that drips or splatters goes right on that panel and behind the knobs. Maybe an accessory cover would help but that is the most challenging to keep clean. These are all minor nits and I do not regret the purchase at all.

So far so good. The control of temp. is awesome with variable locations to cook indirect or direct.

Great grill, love the searing feature along w/ the cooking space surface, fold out upper rack. Heats up and holds great cooking temperatures. Highly recommended!
