Weber GENESIS S-435 Propane Grill w/ Cover, Griddle & Sear Grate

As always a quality product. Easy to assemble. We grill almost every day. With a large family this size is a must. I have appreciated the heavier construction compared to earlier models. The drip pan is also extremely easy to remove for cleaning. I like the bottom cabinet as well as the side cabinet for all of the grill pans we have. The larger side prep table is a great improvement.

I have owned several barbecues over the years. This is by far the best BBQ I have owned. The old proverb is still true, "you get what you pay for"! I really like the sear burner. Much hotter than sear stations I have had on other BBQ's.

It took 3 separate calls to complete the order due to me using a gift card. I spoke with a Supervisor (Tiffany) on my 3rd call and she was able to get a resolution on her end by the end of the day. She said she would send me some grill accessories for the headaches and getting bumped around to different call center people. Never happened. She emailed me the balance with a way to pay. I received the order Thursday and the box didn't have any damage to it so i wasn't worried about installation. Upon completion of the installation, I noticed plastic pieces in the bottom of the box. I still had no idea where they were from as I couldn't notice any damage. Once the install was complete, I noticed the handle of the grill has a shattered plastic ring that caused the main handle to stay securely on. In the future, go to Weber direct or a local person that sells grills. Save your time and headaches by using someone local instead of these guys.

Our family has owned Weber grills for at least the last forty years. I've watched our friends purchase grills based on price, and end up buying several competitive units while we still had the same Weber. Assembly out of the box took some time, but instructions were good. I love the storage, fold out top rack, sear burner, and bottom tray design for easy cleaning. Have not used the stir fry feature yet. I've used Weber's warranty support on a previous grill- They were more than fair.

Decided to invest in a grill based on user feedback on how long this grill could last. We've had it for a about a month and I can tell you without a doubt it's the best grill we've owned. This grill cast iron lid and body are a huge difference maker. Cooks very evenly from back to front and left to right. Use both the instructions and the App for assembly, it's so much easier using the 3D model. We have purchased four 5 or 6 burner grills in the last 5 years, within the first month of constant use one can tell how it cooks and if it will last for a while. We use ours every week, and sometimes twice a week. I can tell by the construction, this one is going to last. I keep my grills under cover to keep them out of the element, plan on doing the same for this one.

Weber went above and beyond handling a warranty claim.
