This Weber cover is covered by a limited manufacturer warranty against defects in material & workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the original date of purchase. Warranty excludes normal wear and is limited to the original purchaser. Labor is not included.

The two handle spacer arrived damaged and the instruction do not match some of the parts (the instructions show a shelve under the grill. but we got two bars instead). I was able to figure out how to the bars by watching youtube videos until I found one video showing a grill with the two bars.

Although I have mixed feelings right now because the burners do not seem to get hot enough. I will need to find a resolution before I start cooking anything other than burgers.

Your feedback is very important to us. So sorry to learn your grill is not getting hot. We are here to help. It sounds like you may be activating a safety device built into the regulator. This safety device is a component of all LP gas regulators and is designed to reduce the flow of gas in the event of a leak. You can inadvertently activate the safety device without having a gas leak. Typically, this occurs if you do not wait a sufficient time between opening the tank valve and the burner control knobs or if one or more of the burner control knobs is in an open position when opening the LP tank valve. When the safety device has been activated the grill is referred to as being in “bypass”. Keep in mind that the safety device reacts to gas leaks. If a grill is in bypass, the gas connections and hose should be tested for leaks with a soap and water solution. If you do activate the gas regulator safety device, the grill may struggle to reach high temperatures or may not light at all, even with all burners on the START/HIGH setting. To ensure that you are not inadvertently activating the safety device as you turn on the grill, please use the following procedure: Turn all burner control knobs to OFF, including the side burner control knob if present. Visually confirm all burners are extinguished (no flame present) Make sure the grill lid is open. Open the LP tank valve and then wait at least 60 seconds. This will allow the hose and regulator to pressurize. Turn the appropriate burner control knob for your model grill to the START/HIGH position and then ignite the grill by pushing the ignition button. Turn each of the other burner control knobs to high, one at a time, and press the igniter button (if applicable for your model). Repeat this process until all the burners have been lit. Close the grill lid. The grill should reach approximately 500 to 550 degrees in 10-15 minutes. When you are done grilling: Turn all burner control knobs to the OFF position Turn off the LP tank valve last. Our Care team will reach out to follow up. Please look for an outreach email soon. I have been a steadfast Weber grill person for over 25 years. I bought this top of the line model, my third Weber grill, last year and the quality of craftsmanship and support has really declined. Within a few months the decals on the front started coming off. Weber replaced that piece. Now the cook box has warped and buckled on one side. I filed another warranty claim and was told the cookbox needed to be replaced. When I expressed concern about needing to disassemble and reassemble the grill I was told "don't worry, this is a simple process". I received the part today…with a 30 step instruction manual. The Weber experience has really declined

I had no idea just how perfect this grill is. The cooking area, electric ignition, sear station, and side burner complete this gas grill in every way. The temperature got to 650 degrees Fahrenheit in less than 10 minutes! My steaks turned out like restaurant quality, maybe better!

My first grill purchase in 20 yrs and now I'm sorry I waited so long. The burner setup is great along with the searing feature; heats the grill up quickly and it gets HOT!! Love how it cooks steaks, burgers, etc. I tried doing a pizza with a pizza stone and that was great too!! Also bought a griddle, full size and that was new to me and loved cooking a stir fry meal! Love this grill! Only negative: I'm storing the large, heavy griddle in the bottom compartment of the grill but in order to do that I needed to remove the small 1/2 shelf that was in there; Weber wouldn't tell me why the shelf was there and they stated that it shouldn't be removed. FYI Weber- my griddle fits in there perfectly without the shelf and so the grill functions even better without the shelf. Note: my grill is natural gas so I don't need a place to store a propane tank- I'm guessing that the shelf was a tank storage deterrent but ?????

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
