This Weber cover is covered by a limited manufacturer warranty against defects in material & workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the original date of purchase. Warranty excludes normal wear and is limited to the original purchaser. Labor is not included.

Overall happy with the grill and am a huge fan of Weber for many years. Grill holds temperature better than any prior models I've owned and the fancy electronics make it a better overal experience if you're into tech. The grate options are very cool. I'm not 100% happy with the under cabinet since Weber removed the shelf so any accessories have to just sit on the bottom of cabinet. They do have a narrow side cabinet that is nice but still a big miss on the base cabinet. Also, the stainless shelves all have an outline of the plastic film that cannot be cleaned or removed. A minor nuisance again similar to the shelf. Overall, like the grill and am sure it will last a long time.

Great grill so far. On shipping there were two components that were bent but usable. Spoke to customer service and the two new parts were sent out for replacement immediately. Great service. Grill works great and fairly easy to put together yourself.

Exceptionally nice grill, but somewhat tedious to assemble. You will have a substantial amount of packing material/cardboard to dispose of once you have completed the assembly. The regulator provided was inadequate with all burners and the side burner on high. I changed to a higher volume regulator, and all is well. My 21-year-old Genesis Gold is capable of higher temperatures. My Genesis Gold also has a feature I wish the S-435 had, the Crossover tube. With the Genesis Gold, you lit one burner and could then light the others as needed without using the ignitor. You have to use the ignitor to light each burner with the S-435. Overall, the S-435 is a well-built grill that should last upwards of 20 years, but it isn't as well-made as my trusty old, heavily used Genesis Gold. I predict that the first item to fail on the S-435 will be one of the burner knobs, they are surprisingly flimsy.

A friend of mine has been recommending i get a Weber for years, mainly due to the searing capabilities. He was right, this thing cooks steaks like a champion. The probes and app are outstanding. So far I've made steaks, chicken, burgers, and brats using that setup and they come out absolutely perfect.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
