This Weber cover is covered by a limited manufacturer warranty against defects in material & workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the original date of purchase. Warranty excludes normal wear and is limited to the original purchaser. Labor is not included.

Weber did not include a piece in my grill box. I have been unable to assemble my grill and haven't been sent the required piece after several phone calls/ e mails. It is some of the worst customer service I've ever received. I would not recommend them due to issues remedying problems.

Had to wait for a week for missing parts, had friends over for burgers first night with the grill. Never happened!!!

This has been disaster. The grill arrived on time and I had scheduled for someone to assemble it but ALL of the hardware was missing. Had to call customer service (the automated system is awful) and it took forever to speak with a real person. The Rep I spoke to was beyond help though. Hardware finally arrived and I scheduled for assembly again….but this time we found out that the door (that covers where the propane tank is located) is broken. I will need to call CS again.

AS always. this Weber Grill is of excellent quality. However the design of the tank hanging system and connection hose is awkward and difficult to connect the tank and hang in on the gauge.

Initially disappointed in that the wireless connect feature did not work with either a 10000mAh or 26000mAh power bank. Since the wireless connect feature worked with regular wall power, I personally deducted that the issue was with either the wiring harness, control board, or the Weber Connect Module. After 4 or 5 emails with customer service, they sent replacement parts for all three. Turns out it was a faulty control board. All features now work as advertised when using a power bank rated at 10000mAh or better. Very happy/satisfied. Aside from the numerous emails with customer service to solve my issue, I wish the SPX-435 came with a built-in thermometer for those time when you don't need to use the Weber Connect feature.

Absolutely everything I could've hoped for. My old Weber was 12 years old and I decided to go bigger this time lol absolutely amazing. I bought the griddle and got rid of my stand alone griddle . This is far superior and cooking is actually something I can't get enough of now.

I am loving this grill so far. It is very evidently made of high quality materials whose functions were thoughtfully designed. It is very easy to keep clean so you can focus on grilling awesome food.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
