This Weber cover is covered by a limited manufacturer warranty against defects in material & workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the original date of purchase. Warranty excludes normal wear and is limited to the original purchaser. Labor is not included.

The Genesis SPX-435 with Wifi is a great grill. I have been using it now for about 7 months and feel like the performance is as advertised. The grill being natural gas is super convenient to use, just hit the self light buttons and get started. The app has great features to make sure you are not over / undercooking the food along with creative recipes. The construction of the grill is solid with thoughtful features and plenty of add-ons. I highly recommend this grill and would buy it again myself.

The grill works really well. It heats evenly though out the cooking surface. Not to difficult to assemble.

Great value. Stainless Steel is easy to clean and maintain. Sear Zone helps make perfect medium to medium rare steaks without drying them out. Also help make crispy salmon skin. The scale for the propane tank means never gumbos much propane is left.

The basic grill is fine and is meeting my expectations. That said, the wheel inserts are not nearly sturdy enough to handle the weight of the grill. Two of these collapsed when we brought the grill up the driveway and sidewalk to my deck. Even the 1/4 inch seams in my Trex decking material seem to be a challenge for the wheel / insert design. Your engineers need to do a serious evaluation of how this design can be improved and then offer that improvement to your customers who have already purchased grills. It's frustrating.

42 steps, but very straight foward assembly. I am very pleased with the purchase. Using the grill is a pleasure. I love the sear, additional burner, between the normal burner spacing. Also, its pretty!

Very nice product, what I have come to expect from Weber, you get what you pay for. Redesigned burners are much improved, stronger powerful flame. One of the doors was damaged at some point during shipping, one email to customer service and they were all over it, no problem whatsoever, new door in a few days. I am very happy with the purchase and the support, would highly recommend.

The grill quality does not justify the price at all, and if you want a side burner you have to get the higher priced ones, ive had other grills that felt much stronger and not as flimsy, especially the doors super thin material nothing special about them at all only reason i got weber was because the parts are available and easy to get. Youre pretty much paying for the name, thats it.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
